Nope, and even when I'm legally allowed to get one, I don't think I will for a while, if ever. It just seems too much like a hassle. I mean, getting one requires them injecting ink into your skin. And if you have to get it removed, they zap the skin off with a laser.

I'll be getting two new tattoos tomorrow (Saturday), and did not see a tattoo topic here (yet).  So post a picture or describe the tattoos you have or ones you want/wish to get. 

 

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions whether or not tattoos are okay or not (same goes with body/ear-piercing), so I want no arguing about this. 

 

I will post a picture or my new tattoos within the next 2-3 weeks, when the skin is no longer inflamed and the first scabbing is done (basically when it stops looking like a wound).

 

On that note here is a couple pics of tattoos I already have.  I have a third one my back, but I can't take a decent picture of it, since it's on my back.  I'll post that one when my new one has healed (since they will be a pair).

 

This is an anvil and hammer that is above my right ankle (sorry for the sock line).

 

And this one is an eighth note that is on my left wrist.

i have a tattoo on my shoulderblade. no pics unfortunately. (shoulders are hard to take pics of)

it is a piece of text. it has 3 diffrent dates. all the birth dates of me and my brothers actually. and beneath those dates a small quote of each brother.

 

i also want like a wrist tattoo. a wristband tattoo if you will, made out of the logo's of every major festival i've been to. :3

My uncle is a tattoo artist and wants me to eventually work with him, so I am very much in love with tattoos. Right now, I only have three, but I have many many plans for more. 

 

The first tattoo I got was with my best friend in the whole world. She's like a sister to me and I love her with all my heart. We got a line of music from Aladdin's A Whole New World because we sing it together all the time and love the movie. The line of music is from the line "Now tell me Princess, when did you last let your heart decide" I got a rainbow heart for my sexuality (gay with an exception for my wonderful boyfriend...it's confusing...I know...) and she got an orange heart for her mom (The ribbon color for MS is orange). Mine is located on the inside of my left bicep and her's is on her foot. 

 

 

My second tattoo was done shortly after my grandfather (my legal guardian and father figure) passed away. We had an inside thing about lions and always talked about how our family was made of lions; we aren't part of the weak people of the world and we are leaders. He used to tell me all the time that lions roar and I do too. He always believed in me and knew exactly what to say to cheer me up. So naturally, I got a lion tattoo in honor of him. I called him Pop-Pop and the handwriting under the lion is his from a card I had held on to from a few years prior. This one is located on my right wrist. The picture was taken a few hours after it was done, so it's a little bloody :X

 

 

My final tattoo (for now) is my biggest one so far and is located on my left thigh. Ever since I was little, I've been obsessed with Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass as well as Lewis Carroll's other works. I had wanted some kind of Alice piece but had a really hard time deciding which image to get. I finally decided on one of the original illustrations done by John Tenniel for the Alice books. I chose an image from Through the Looking Glass because I wanted something a little more obscure than what most people think of when they think of Alice. This was taken right after it was finished, so it looks a little different now, but I think it looks better now than it does in the picture

I don't have any tattoos yet, but I am planning to get one. I'm just waiting for the design to be made by one of my favorite artists.

 

I've been thinking about it for almost a year now, and it's definitely something I want to do. The tat's going to be a sleeve from my wrist to the area around my shoulder. It will probably take 2 sessions and a lot of money to get it done, but I'm totally going for it. All I need to do is wait until my design is done.

I don't want a random tattoo, I'll just end up regretting it afterward. So I'll just wait for an important event to actually happen in my life. (Someone dying, epic experience, etc.) This way, there's no way I'll regret my tattoo.

I have 6 seperately patterned hearts on my left arm. (3 around my wrist: an 8 bit heart, a blue heart and a purple striped heart. and 3 around my shoulder: a checkered heart, polka dot and smiley face). some day I will have a whole sleeve of hearts.

 

I have Gir in his dog costume on my outer left ankle and Gir with his hood down on the inner left ankle.

 

I have a musucal note heart on my right foot. (a friendship tattoo with my best friend)

 

I have the "cruelty free and vegan" logo on my chest.

I sure do! I had always wanted one when I was younger so I finally got one on my 19th birthday. I got the Gibson logo on my right upper arm. My plan was to have a Gibson Les Paul, my favorite guitar, down my entire arm. However, my department doesn't allow tattoos below the elbow so that plan has been run into the ground. Oh well, no one has to know its a perma-unfinished tattoo.

I don't intend to get a tattoo for a while yet. I plan on going to and working in Japan, and the tattoos are not as widely accepted. There are even onsen that do not admit tattooed people. I may get a tattoo somewhere discreet sometime in the future. I am currently thinking of a Celtic knot (I am designing a knot version of the New Lunar Republic emblem), but my mind could change.

I'm too young to get one anyway, but when I'm older, I wouldn't plan on it. Mainly because I don't really like them, and also you have to be 100% sure when it comes to tattoos, and I never make up my mind on things.

I'm no stranger to body art.
I have three tattoos at the moment, all of which are on my right arm:
-A Fleur-de-Lis that symbolizes my father
-Three stylized stars that symbolize my mother
-Lyrical passage from the Pearl Jam song "Black", which reads: "I know someday you'll have a beautiful life, I know you'll be a star on somebody else's sky, but why can't it be mine?"

I'm actually planning to get a fourth one made as soon as I finish the design that I'm currently working on.
It's going to be a Derpy tattoo, and I decided to take it on the left side of my chest, to keep her close to my heart at all times. ^^

No, and I do not plan to have any for these reasons.
1- Tattos doesn't look appealing on black skin (My skin is black)
2- I heard that they are hard to remove from my skin.
3- I heard that they have negative effects on my skin, specially if the laser removal for these tattos failed.
