No and yes. No in the way that I don't feel comfortable as what I am, but yes in the way that I'd prefer not to have to deal with having periods or giving birth.

When I was younger, I used to exhibit more traits one could reasonably qualify as feminine, such as being more submissive, I took up less space, and I was somewhat shy, but these were due to low self-esteem and not really because I was inherently more feminine due to physiology, such as hormonal imbalances, the formation of my brain, ect... I'm 26 now, and while I still do convey feminine traits (everybody does, that's normal), they have over time toned down quite a bit, certainly I convey more masculine traits than feminine on average in my daily life, not because I have a problem with feminine traits, but because I feel more comfortable just being me compared to when I was younger.

I've never felt like I shouldn't be a male, or that I'm in the wrong body or anything of this nature, in fact I feel quite at home as a male, wouldn't have it any other way, probably because all I really know is being male.

Some of the more aggressive SJWs might tell you otherwise though. Just remember that they're probably right, because they know you better than you know you ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Transgender woman here. There's no option for "I'm female, with a female brain, but I have a male body." So... yeah. Can't really answer this one.

Cisgender people have an alarming tendency to take the fact that their brain matches their body for granted, like they aren't lucky to be normal. They never even stop to think that they too could have been trapped in a worthless piece of meat that doesn't reflect their self in any way. Being trans is like being invisible; people look at you, but they don't see you. They assume that you're like them, that you're nothing more than the body keeping you prisoner.

So to all the people in this thread referring to corrective surgery as "mutilation"? Fuck you. I was BORN mutilated.

There are some things that come with being female that I don't particularly care for, but but I'm still completely content with being one.

Not quite. But even though I'm not completely happy with it, I can manage. It's still a little difficult because I usually feel like male and female at the same time.

I don't really care to be honest, I'm rather androgynous so really it doesn't matter if I was male or female. Of course I'd probably look pretty good as female though so that's something. Still it's pretty decent being a guy really, lot of good stuff.

I think the question "Are you happy with your sex" is different than "Do you think you were born the wrong sex"

I am a man and I identify as a man, but if I could become a woman (down to the biological level, not through surgery) I'd probably do it just for the experience. I have no real attachment to my body and I kind of view it more as something I ride around in like a car more than something that is "me"

So if I could change "vehicles" so to speak I would, even though I identify as a male.

I'm proud to be a guy, despite the society we live in today, which decries me simply for being born with white skin and a penis.

Though, in all honesty, despite how proud I am to be a man, sometimes I wish I was born female... simply so I could understand what sex feels like for a woman. (Beside the other HUNDREDS of questions I have about female anatomy and personality.)

I know it's a rather insensitive answer, but I answer questions honestly and truthfully. I don't sugarcoat things.

I'm glad to be a white male. There is a lot of stuff that I don't have to worry about as a man. Like my clothes matching perfectly.

The downside to being a man however is the work. Since I'm built better for the work that requires a decent amount of strength. I'm always given those jobs. Like breaking concrete with a sledge hammer. Also being 6' 3" helps a lot when trying to reach up high, and get stuff for people.

As the song goes, "I enjoy being a girl'. Sure, both sexes have something the other doesn't, one advantage or another. But that's how it's meant to be. That's why we need each other to complete the picture. Humans weren't designed to be solitary beings.

I take longer getting ready in the morning than most guys, I would imagine, but that's because I have attributes that I'm responsible for maintaining. It's work with perks.

Men have greater natural strength and can reach stuff on the higher shelves, but they have drawbacks to their existence too. They're typically the ones who must deal with engaging the opposite sex, which sadly doesn't always make it easy. When it works though, they got it good. So again, work with perks.

I appreciate both sexes for what they contribute, but I am glad to be female. It's been a good thing for me.

I'm happy to be male at the moment, but if I ever have a chance to become a female sometime in my life, i'd go for it. :P

Don't judge a book by its cover. You will truly understand it if you're just willing to read it.

Sometimes I'd like to be a boy, especially at certain times of the month.

Overall I identify as a girl.
