Most cringe worthy moments in the show?

In the episode where rarity is making everyones gala dress in season 1, when they show off the dresses at the fashion show, I literally couldnt watch. I remember closing my eyes during that scene.

 

Also spike singing the cloudsdale anthem, I could hardly watch that.

- Crusaders' talent show act

- Twilight accusing Cadance at the wedding recital in A Canterlot Wedding Part 1. Yeah, she was right, but watching that for the first time was painful

- Rarity trying to sound country in Simple Ways. I knew it was going to hurt when it was teased before the episode even aired

As with most media, MLP has had some cringe-worthy moments sprinkled through out the show. These embarrassing, awkward moments can make us cringe on the characters' behalf, yet also make us laugh at the same time. What do you think are the most cringe inducing moments in the show?

 

Currently, most memorable to me is the scene from Season 4's 24th episode, Equestria Games:

 

 

When Spike thrust himself forward at the award's ceremony, planning to sing the Ponyville Anthem, only to learn he was due to sing the Cloudsdale Anthem, which he did not even know the words of. Instead of backing down, he simply sang a horrible song of lyrics he made up on the spot, most of them consisting of announcing how awkward the situation was, in a half-hearted singing voice.

 

I laughed and cringed at the same time.

The funny thing about the CMC's song in Show Stoppers is that it would be a good song at some points if it weren't intentionally sung off-key ( the chorus still sounds somewhat appealing even underneath the off-keyness. )

It is still, and probably always will be, when Mr. Cake picks up a "loaded" diaper with his mouth. I kid you not. I didn't just cringe. Ever change a baby's diaper? Seeing that the first time almost made me throw up. It still bothered me a bit looking at this screen capture I made a while ago to post in another thread about disliked moments of the show.

I don't mind the music in the show and there are some songs I love in it. That intro drives me crazy, if I'm watching on netflix I skip it every time  :okiedokielokie:

Maybe I'm just unbelievably forgiving, but there aren't very many moments I can recall that've made me cringe. Although yes, I do instinctively cringe when the theme song starts playing. I don't even think it's a bad song, it's just...look, I may may watch a show based on pretty pink n' purple ponies (as well as collect an ungodly amount of merch related to it all), but even I have my limits. My inner little boy just rebels at the very first line of the intro. X)

 

I guess one of the only moments in the show that made me personally cringe was when Big Mac chewed out the CMCs in Ponyville Confidential. Or hell, pretty much the entire town's treatment of them. They did wrong, sure, but the things they "outed" ponies on were so trivial that I couldn't help but think "Ouch. " at the disproportionate amount of shunning they received.

There are rarely any moments in the show itself, but the reference to Icarus in Sonic Rainboom made me want to puke. The whole second half of that episode in general is pretty cringe-inducing to me, actually. Nearly killed the whole show for me so early on

Yup..PInkie in general does some cringe worthy things a lot.  LIke the moment at the end of too many pinkie pies..did they really take out the fake pinkie..or did they..dun dun duuun!!

Rarely any moment in the show make me uncomfortable/cringe/what have you. Only times I can think of(not counting intentionally cringeworthy moments like Spike singing in Equestria Games, Showstoppers, as I feel they were intentional)

 

- Rainbow Dash's pathetic attempts of attention in the latter half of Mare-Do-Well

- Rarity acting like a country hick in Simple Ways

- Pinkie Pie throughout most of A Friend in Deed

- anytime the Flim Flam Brothers are on screen

- anytime the Flim Flam Brothers sing(this alone gets a mention)

For me, it's most of Baby Cakes. The constant crying of the babies is ear retching. Especially near the end  where they get to her so much that they make Pinkie cry.

 

There is also Spike singing the Cloudsdale anthem but to be fair, that moment was supposed to be cringe worthy.

For me it was in Feeling Pinkie Keen where Twilight repeatedly gets tormented and abused similar to Squidward in Spongebob episodes. It felt like a Twilight Torture Porn. Though it was Rapidash that saved that episode.
