I love Twilight's temporary hairstyle. Not only does it look rather cute and has a Wonderbolts vibe to it, but I also like how Twilight tried out something new. To see her get out and try to not worry about things for a moment is very nice to see.

I don't really like it. I think I would like it more if the hair style but it's only the top part of her hair that's weird. The bottom is still normal so it looks kind of out of place on her head. I full head of that style would very punky and that would be cool.

To me it's OK. It looks good on her (especially because of the combination of her mane's colors and the style giving off a similar vibe) but I personally don't think it fits her personality. I liked her mane-style while at the Grand Galloping Gala and in that "Friendship Through the Ages" short though.

 

But doesn't Twilight's hairstyle change all the time? With the way the pink and purple streaks in her mane switch places all the time?

I thought Twilight's mane looked great with her new style. I wish they would bring it back for an episode or two. After all Princess Bubblegum in Adventure time changes her hair quite often. Why not Princess Twilight?

It's AMAZING!!  I wish she would use that style semi-regularly.  I, for one, really wish they would change up their mane/tail styles every so often.  Just for one episode, here and there, you know?  I don't think I'd want a permanent change, but why can't they do something different a little more often?  They did that with the Gala.  (Well, I don't think Twi's was any different.)  They should do stuff like that more often.

I wasn't a big fan of it, honestly. I much prefer her regular hairstyle. I don't know, for me it just doesn't suit her personality that well.
