I would, unless they would be as infuriating as the aliens in Alien Nation who always came across as smug morally superior assholes to me. In short, if they don't perceive themselves as superior I'll treat them equally, if they do think they're superior I'll be less nice to them as a whole, but probably no different on an individual basis.

Likely not. Though ponies in MLP do portray many aspects of being human-like, they clearly have more sensitive emotions, and would not understand human humor. One would have to treat them differently to not feel too awkward.

I would treat them properly, seeing that they'd be highly intelligent, civilized beings. However, definitely not equal to a human, there would be many differences between humans and ponies (physical ones aside, obviously), it would be better off to treat them as...well, ponies, rather than humans.

 

Of course, it all depends on the person. I wouldn't treat ponies kindly just because they'd be ponies. If one was to be an ass, for example, then they should be treated accordingly.

If ponies do exist, I would treat them more like horses who can think and speak like humans -- in that I let them read, write, and speak with me and other humans, but I treat them still as unusually-intelligent horses, feeding them grass and letting humans ride on them.

(To be honest, I privately joke about treating these ponies the Imperium way, although I would not encourage that if these ponies really exist)

If I zworped in and encountered ponies while alone, I would probably fare okay.

 

If I zworped in and were one of a thousand humans and I recognized it as equestria, I would try to get as far away from ground zero as I could as quickly as I could before they could be rounded up and sent back or before they did something BAD and got them all in trouble.  I'd be looking for the first train to hitch a ride on etc.

Would treat one with love and respect and just like a human being, specially if they're a main or important character, if I was living with one I would treat him/her as a sibling after all, ponies in the show are just humans with hooves! And also living with any pony from the show would be a fun time for me, kinda makes me wish they were real!

I wouldn't treat them like human since they're not human, but I would treat them as if they are equal. I wouldn't enslave them or use them for work or my own enjoyment. 

Well, there's a point.  Treating them like humans would technically mean that you'd....like....give them clothes and tools that they wouldn't be able to wear or use.  But of course I'd treat them as the sentient, intelligent, equal creatures they are.  I would never do any less.

I'd probably be one of the first to date a pony and be hated everywhere I went.

I would try to treat any sapient being fairly.(Or any being at all. Yeah, I eat some occassionaly but that's not out of prejudice.) but to be honest I probably like aliens and would like interacting with them more than humans.
