So, what do you think it refers to? Guardians of harmony? G5? Or do you think she's talking about something COMPLETELY different than MLP since she's now over all Hasbro girls projects?

Actually, marimo posted a good theory on Ponychan that's probably correct, the more I think about it.
We got this twitter from daniel ingram a bit ago last month.

 

Hasbro's coming out with new netflix original series, and its apparently a pretty big one due to it having 28 songs made for it. And Meghan is over ALL of girls entertainment now, yeah?
So it seems highly likely this new project is a new girls series that'll be a netflix original series, and is what Ingram's songs are for.

Eh, That seems like a logical thing to put down for this tweet; otherwise everybody would be automatically assuming she meant the movie, and she's probably trying to avoid that miscommunication.

Like I said to pirahna, I don't think its that strange; given her role over the movie, most people would jump to the conclusion that it had something to do with the movie; Hell, WE'RE ALREADY jumping to that conclusion in this thread despite her DENYING it! XD

if she's trying to drum up interest for something non-pony related, she'd want to probably avoid getting bronies hopes up, since they then might resent the project when she reveals it.

Part of me wants to say this could likely be non-pony, but I do have a hunch that there could be another MLP series lined up to cash in on the movie to come out in late 2017/early 2018. Nothing officially points to this, but recent trends favor studios commissioning future spin-offs and tie-ins before a film hits theaters (see Planes, Smurfs, and Ghostbusters for example).

That's what I would have thought of at first too; but (Basing this on this same topic on another site) it was pointed out that they're making LPS books for the current series that will be out in 2017; it seems strange for them to still be making 2012 stuff if they're coming out with ANOTHER series at the same time, yeah? With 2012 merch still on the shelf and other stuff still being produced, it would be confusing to have another LPS's merch put out right next to the other one, yeah?

From what I can gather, yes. It was from the 2016 licensing expo, and it doesn't appear to be any pre-existing hasbro brands. (no information about it either, it looks like they made the sign for the expo for advertising transformers but didn't think to have info about the girl on it)

If you follow her Twitter, a lot of her tweets are about the movie nowadays, and that's what she's been mainly working on, since she doesn't seem as involved in season 6. So that's probably why she made it specific in her Tweet, because that's what the people following her on Twitter know she's working on the movie currently so this is to tell them it's not about the movie for a change.
