I like it with a litttle pink, not too much and not very bloody. If it's too bloody I can't eat it.  Just a little pink in the middle is perfect. I guess that would be considered a medium cooked steak.

I'm one of those weird people who only eats steak well done. Eating raw meat just doesn't sit well with me mentally, so if I see any pink I start to feel queasy.

I don't actually like steak, so I very rarely eat it. Whenever I go to a steakhouse or something to eat I always get the ribs. Ribs are just so much better.

I haven't ever really HAD an actual "steak" per se, but from what I can tell, I'd probably like mine somewhere around medium-well. Well done takes ages, but medium or medium-rare doesn't do it for me that well.

You actually can't cook mad cow disease out of steak as the disease is actually caused by a protein that gets into your blood stream and then latches onto neurons in your brain blocking communication it works on the same principle as rabies.
