I will start with

Primary - I was in a school play which ended the school year

High school - remember there was an assembly for the year and me and two mates decided to play football instead

College - remember coming in just to fill in paper work then went home.

My elementary and middle school were at the same school. My last day of middle school I barely said bye to anyone and just booked. I kinda regret doing that looking back..

Primary - the last time I came back to my primary school was to take my graduation certificate.

Secondary - me and my mother went to school to find out the national exam results and it was great.

Middle school (formerly junior high):  Couldn't wait to get it over with and get out of there.

High school: Same, only with more ceremony and on a Saturday.

I've consistently taking classes all my life. So I don't really have a last day, or one planned.

My last day in highschool was emotional as I knew that many of us would lose contact over time. There was one person I didn't lose contact with though. ;)

It's been over a decade since my last day of high school, and I do not really remember the last day specifically. Apparently it wasn't anything memorable. Last day of middle and elementary school is even more impossible for me to remember. lol

Last day of High School? It was pretty good. I went on a school trip to an amusement park. The entire senior class went. I wish I could do it again because of how fun it was.

I remember the last day of 6th grade. It was a hot day and we were all outside, we had this thing where we would launch these toy rockets into the air it was so fun. I gave one of my friends a silver dollar for our friendship and I wanted it back but he didn't give it back. There was this big hill which I rolled down with my friends.

7th grade was much the same, but I don't remember much of it. I had this thing where I would listen to Australian Aboriginal music around the time school was ending and it's what filled my mind.

The end of 8th grade though, was the best out of all of these. It started out with me helping the teachers move to other rooms, carrying boxes to other rooms for a while and such before going outside, it was just so damn hot out and not a single cloud in the sky. My friends and I had talked on the bleachers outside for a good hour or so before we did the 'races' in which we would carry eachother and go as far as possible. We were on a soccer / football field, and after a while I walked over to where my crushes were hanging out. I sort of  talked with them and hung out with them under the hot burning sun. There was no water anywhere and I got to the point where I felt immune to the sun. I also remember doing a full run around the entire field a few times.

For Elementary School, I remember walking out for the last time, and I'm not certain but I think we were given a field trip of the middle school we'd most likely be going to which had been hyped up for all these things they had which they ended up not having so I was rather dissapointed.

Last day of Middle School, they held an assembly where I and several other students were given surprise certificates for doing particularly well in one of our classes. I was happy to recieve that but probably more happy to leave that school. Made some of my best friends there and had a few really good teachers, but overall the place was a dump that felt more like a prison.

Last day of Highschool, I was almost escorted home in a police cruiser. Seniors usually get out a week or two early, but I wanted to keep going because I had received permission to turn in one last late assignment, I had many classmates who were a year younger than me that I still wanted to see, and the library had this back room full of old books that anyone could take for free because no one ever checked them out. Turns out there were some proper old books in there because I found one from 1911 a fair number from the 40s. One of teachers asked why I was in her class that day, and she ended up calling campus security. she wasn't trying to get me into trouble, but as I was technically no longer a student and despite having been there the day before as one, I was trespassing. They asked me how I normally get home which was by bus, so I was given the option to wait in the library till the end of the day when I could take it home or I could be driven home by a police officer. I chose the former which allowed me to look through some more of those old books. What a great send off

I don't remember anything. I guess my brain just erased those unnecessary memories.

Oh, and I missed the last day of university. Just came later to grab my diploma and rushed back to work.

My last day of elementary school has been extremely sappy. Everyone was extremely happy at first, but then our teacher gave a speech inside our classroom. All of us were there, quiet and keen on listening to her.
At some point, she started pouring tears, telling how much she would miss us and reminding all the great moments we had in those five years. Many of us didn't hold up, and let it all out. I wasn't crying at first, but wasn't happy either...then a friend of mine approached me, his eyes were all teary. He told me: "I'll miss you!". That completely caught me off guard, I didn't see that coming...I wasn't ready for it. On that day, I poured the same quantity of water of a fountain.

Middle school...meh, great outside school moments, terrible in-school events! I swear I was so happy I was done with it once it ended. Sure, I met some cool people there, and I'm still in contact with them (like I'm still in contact with many friends from elementary school), but the rest of my classmates weren't that much of a great company. I still remember when some of them started crying and giving sweet speeches, while I was there, serious outside, but extremely happy inside! I couldn't believe it was finished.

..and no, I wasn't a victim of bullies or similar.

Nowadays I'm about to face my last year of high school, I hope everything goes well, so that I can keep in mind a good..."finale", let's say!

I don’t really remember any other last days of school except

Kindergarten~I had lost a tooth during the diploma ceremony and was forced to wear a flowery dress but overall a good day because I was leaving behind teachers that hated me.

High School~The highlights for me were literally running out of the school (alongside my best friend) screaming “FREEDOM” and then hopping in his car and having a house party of two :D

Ah, good times

Primary - The only thing I remember about my last day of Primary school was crying xD

High School - We was only in school for around 3 hours and the day was basically spent taking pictures with teachers, getting given free food and a awesome final assembly where the teachers all played a student attending a sex ed class xD, wearing uniform and everything.

College - My final day of College was pretty boring actually. I simply went in to get my results and then just left. There was of course a moment where I said goodbye to my friends and such but it wasn't as "emotional" I guess you could say when compared to High School. It was more like "Nice knowing ya guys, Bye!"

Honestly, it was a pretty normal day. The only thing I really remember was hanging with my best friend. Haven't seen him since then.

I started my senior year with only 13 credits... and after working my ass off all year long especially on the final week, I managed to barely get enough credits. The principle called me over (it was a much smaller school of like a hundred or so people) and told me I was going to walk. I nearly fell to my knees, after he told me that. I would have never graduated if not for the help of my sister and English teacher. That was technically my final day, but there was an optional final day for seniors. We were allowed to come in, eat pizza with others who would walk, and watch movies till the end of the day. I remember saying goodbye to all my friends... including my crush... then riding my bike off into the sunset.

My final day of Junior High was very underwhelming... mostly because I didn't show up due to drama with my mother. I sorta just disappeared without a trace and no one questioned it. Kinda like when I transferred from my other junior high I spent 6th to the beginning of 8th at... disappearing without a trace.

And as for Elementary I remember the 5th graders had a special day... I don't quite remember what it was, but I know it wasn't learning. I remember going to each and every one of my teachers throughout the years and say my final goodbyes. My Kindergarten teacher was the last I said it to, and she seemed the most shocked. Probably cause she remembers a small boy coming to the school, and then a slightly bigger one leaving the school. I remember leaving that place was hard for me because I had spent majority of my life at that school, and saying goodbye to everyone was even harder.

All I remember is that it was the end of a long marathon of miserable days. When school was over so were my troubles. After 8th grade I was home schooled but the last thing I remember about public school was a silly ceremony after which there was a party. Everyone expected I'd be at the party but as soon as I had my piece of all-important toilet paper (diploma) I ran for the nearest exit and never looked back. I've been trying to forget the rest of it ever since, with reasonable results.

A few weeks back was the last day of my 10th grade school year and all I can remember is the cringe I had going on in my head when some student tried to hype us all up with a dumb rumor about starting a food fight on the last day of school.

  • 5 months later...

High School: I remember blasting School's Out by Alice Cooper, while driving out the school parking lot. The graduation ceremony was held at one of the multipurpose centers, so I never had to step foot in that school again. B)

College: I was really exhausted on the last day. It was rough but it was a relief after graduation.
