Envy 6,529 February 18, 2019 Share February 18, 2019 Anime. Of course, I prefer to experience the story as the original author intends it, I just often have a lot of trouble understanding what is going on in manga. Especially action manga. 1 Everything needs more woodwind!
cuteycindyhoney 13,345 February 18, 2019 Share February 18, 2019 I prefer anime, for a very simple reason. Even with my glasses (Just got new ones a couple months ago) I can't read manga without a magnifying glass and plenty of eye strain. I have a much easier time reading subtitles on my (LARGE) television screen. 1 Thank you Sparklefan1234!!!
Misty Shadow 8,386 February 18, 2019 Share February 18, 2019 Manga. Easily my favorite unpopular opinion is my preference of manga over anime. Of course I understand why most would rather watch their favorite comic characters in color and in motion, but with manga, you don't get craploads of filler or BS cases of content being cut through terrible managing of seasons. There are admittedly subjective reasons for my preference of manga too though. The main one is that I prefer to ingest such entertainment in a quiet environment while imagining the voices of the characters and the kind of sounds and music that would accompany the story.
TBD 17,276 February 18, 2019 Share February 18, 2019 I prefers anime no doubt. But if there's a good manga that I like that cannot be a anime, then manga. 2 ♪ "I practice every day to find some clever lines to say, to make the meaning come through"♪
Totally Nyx 36,519 February 19, 2019 Share February 19, 2019 It depends on which one it is. There are a few anime out there that are just so much better than their manga counterpart, but most of the time the manga in its simpler form is better. So in general I'll choose manga over anime. 1 Signature made by @Sparklefan1234 (Thank you!) Want to know something? Ask me, Nyx, Lyra, or Roseluck anything. Dreambiscuit 12,662 February 20, 2019 Share February 20, 2019 I like anime because so much of the beauty of the art is in the way it moves on screen, and the performances of the actors. But I do love manga too because sometimes I just want to sit in a quiet place without distractions and stare at the illustrations as long as I want, and digest the stories at my own pace. There's something for every mood, but to be honest my mood more often tends toward anime.

Kyoshi Frost Wolf 42,208 February 23, 2019 Share February 23, 2019 (edited) Anime. There is simply so much more the creators can put into it. Music to fuel emotions or atmosphere, voice acting, movement and colors to give all characters far more life, and usually a much greater sense of scale and intensity. I think slower stuff could be better in manga form for that slow burn, but anything with any kind of action is best in motion to me. Edited February 23, 2019 by Kyoshi 1 Redeem me into childhood. Prospekt 11,040 July 1, 2019 Share July 1, 2019 I prefer anime. But that doesn't mean reading manga can't be rewarding. Occasionally I like to experience both versions of a series. And sometimes if you want extra content from a franchise, your only option is to read manga. That's how I satisfy my My Hero Academia craving (the manga is way ahead of the anime) and some franchises have side stories, prequels, etc. that were just never adapted to anime. NiceVillains 244 July 11, 2019 Share July 11, 2019 They both have their strong points. Manga is more in-depth and engaging and longer and anime can have unfaithful interpretations or conclude prematurely or such. But some are only in manga. Like Berserk. No anime can faithfully and fully capture Berserk with good animation. Then Majin Tantei Nougami Nero the anime abruptly cuts off with a non-canon ending, and the anime missed a whole good arc and plot twist! But then Mightiest Disciple Kenichi I think the anime is better because it has less fan service get in the way of the action. What evidence could be for a god? Because, if god can do anything, surely a lesser being relative to god, could still trick humans without fail if they wanted to. Which means, a being that appears to be god, may not be god. So even if god showed up in person doing anything and everything, for all you know it could be a demon casting illusions or your brain plugged into the matrix. Just because it claims to be a god, does not mean it is. Thus, there is never evidence enough for a god. Which means you cannot have an accurate reason for believing in god.
