a lot of bronies didn't like the hearts and hooves day episode, but I freaking loved it! :3

but at the same time I get some of the complaints, like during the song the CMC were looking for a date for their teacher based on appearances, that's not really the message you wanna give to kids. but I'm sure no brony was suprised when they picked big mac!

Big Mac is manliest pony

but their just little fillies, people need to stop over analyzing.

the same could be said for a lot of episodes, I've never had any complaints.

that's why I have such a hard time picking a favorite episode. U-U

the struggle is real

Feeling Pinkie Keen, because the episode is not about religion and I'm sick of people complaining about a message they don't understand.

Daring Don't, because it's a fricken' epic send-up of the Indiana Jones movies.

And, just because I saw other folks posting it here, and wanted to avoid confusion, Wonderbolt Academy is still the best episode of the series.

I haven't been a part of this fanbase to truly know which episodes most Bronies hate, aside from some of the more notorious ones. I will probably have too many to list though, as I like the majority of episodes, with a select few that I'm not so fond of for various reasons, for example, most of the Spike episodes. I do actually like Dragon Quest and Just for Sidekicks mind you, and episodes where Spike kind of takes a backseat to Rarity, though I consider those Rarity episodes.

Boast Busters: Now I don't love this one nor do I think its great. The other members of the mane 6 were acting like complete jerks to everyone by attacking Trixie's bragging and then just going and bragging more, and don't get me started on the most annoying characters of the show. But its Twilight that really makes this episode work, for me at least. I thought she was very likable in this episode, and learned a valuable lesson. Trixie and Twilight are opposite ends of the spectrum, and its all about finding a balance.

Look Before You Sleep: I can understand why people dislike this episode, it was repetitive and for many really boring. Whilst I will agree that the bickering was really annoying and the episode used a very childish sense of humor. It was the ending that made this episode decent. It was really mature, and it showed that different types of people can still be great friends, as long as they sacrifice what they want a little in order to make their friends happy.

Keep Calm and Flutter On: People seem to hate this episode because of one controversial line that Flutters said when they clearly missed the point of the line. Whilst redeeming Discord I personally think was a bad move in the long run as the show has thrown away one of its greatest villains, the way they have done it has been just plain superb, once in Twilight's Kingdom, and once here. I thought that this episode was beautiful and DiscordxFluttershy is my favorite shipping because I really felt the bond and chemistry with them together. This episode was really sweet I thought.

A lot of flaws of episodes are only pointed out to you when you watch a review. For example I could see that parts of Look Before You Sleep was really annoying and that Feeling Pinkie Keens moral was stupid. But alot of the time their just little nitpicks which the average viewer can't see. With the exception of Keep Calm and Flutter On all of these episodes had flaws, but for me they made up for them with good aspects.

I didn't know people had so much hate for so many episodes. I admit there are better episodes and worse episodes, but essentially I just wanna watch ponies for 22 minutes.

Episodes I like that I know other people hate would be: Pinkey Keen,  May the Best Pet Win, and Putting Your Hoof Down. (I thought Fluttershy being mean was kinda funny. especially since she was rhyming while doing it)

A Canterlot Wedding and Magical Mystery Cure. Both were really fun episodes in my opinion.

People hate A Canterlot Wedding? I love that episode! And I thought Magical Mystery Cure was good. Edited by CrazyMrLunaDash

Everyone was screaming "marketing" and "forced insert", I remember too well! I know some people really don't like Cadence still, apparently complaining that she is too perfect.

Feeling Pinkie Keen, Mysterious Mare Do Well, and The Crystal Empire. That last one is more that I love Sombra specifically as a villain.

Feeling Pinkie Keen gets slammed a lot and I too think Twilight was behaving very unlike a scientist, but I love it for the comedy and what it added to the setting and how Pinkie is the exception that proves it's rules.

Mysterious Mare Do Well was a great send up to superhero tropes and a good character study of Rainbow Dash with just a bit of a badly phrased moral.

Big Bads owned by Cadance's barriers:

1. Chrysalis.

2. Sombra.

3. Discord.

Forgot about one: Hearts and Hooves day. The moral was crap, but I thought it was a funny episode overall. Some people went crazy over "The a Perfect Stallion" song because it was about finding the perfect guy by just looks and not by their personality, but the CMC were still young (probably about 9 or 10) and they were doing it in good heart. They wanted to find a stallion for Miss Cheerilee, how sweet is that?

I loved Rainbow Falls because it introduced my biggest OTP.

Magical Mystery Cure. I actually approved of Twilight becoming a princess. :)

I too approve of Twilight becoming a princess, but the rest of the episode was poorly executed IMO which is why I didn't like it.

I SHIP FLUTTERSHY X BULK BICEPS SO HARD

Also, I really like Cloudchaser's mane!

Ooh...I have a few.

Feeling Pinkie Keen. ...I am non-religious and I LIKED the message. It was just about faith and trust, NOT religion. And besides, it had a pretty decently written story with some really good slapstick humor. I was slack-jawed when I learned that no one liked it.

The Mysterious Mare Do-Well. Yeah, there were some things about this one that were dumb, but I still enjoyed it. I actually thought that the campiness of it and Rainbow Dash being a doofus was amusing. Nowhere near the worst episode to me.

Spike at Your Service. Couldn't stand it at first...now I like it. It's so stupid it's amusing to me.

Games Ponies Play. ...Yeah, pretty much what I said about Spike at Your Service.

Keep Calm and Flutter On. Sorry Villain!Discord fans, I like him better as a secondary character. I do agree the story felt short, but I loved just about every gag and even thought that the ending was sweet.

Magical Mystery Cure. Sorry Unicorn!Twilight fans, I like her better as an alicorn. I actually liked all of the songs and thought the story was good for something big that had to be made only twenty minutes long.

Filli Vanilli. Yeah, this one was somewhat hoaky and Pinkie Pie kind of got on my nerves, but that didn't stop me from liking it. I loved the return of Flutterguy, and some of the goofiness in the episode actually made me laugh.

Those are the ones that come to mind.

Mare-Do-Well

Equestria Games

Spike at Your Service

Just For Sidekicks

For me: Putting Your Hoof Down, Mysterious Mare-Do-Well, and Somepony to Watch Over Me (the last one mainly because I see something pretty deep in it that apparently most people didn't).

1. Magical Mystery Cure - I like the idea of Twilight Sparkle becoming an alicorn, the music was good, and it took chances despite the fandom bombast.

2. Rainbow Falls - I love when Rainbow Dash gets challenged, her loyalty was to her friends mattered, so more to her than winning, or the Wonderbolts, the respect I have for Rainbow doubled.

3. Daring Don't - My mind was officially blown, she was real, and I liked how Rainbow Dash and Daring Do played off each other, plus the episode was exciting to watch.

4. Owl's Well that Ends Well - It was interesting to see how Spike would respond to jealousy, it added a significant layer to Spike as a character.

5. Crystal Empire - I loved these episodes, it showed us a new region, it developed Shinning Armour and Princess Cadence, and King Sombra was a scarier villain than Discord or Nightmare Moon, the music was really good, and Spike also did a lot in this episode, it needs more praise rather than passée.

6. Putting Your Hoof Down - This episode made me laugh, Fluttershy is a good character, when she is out of her comfort zone, and this episode showed us that Equestria is not always bereft of negativity.

7. Baby Cakes - This was the episode that showed how matured Pinkie Pie had to be as a babysitter, plus it was funny to see Pinkie Pie in situational gags.

8. Spike at Your Service - Like Owls' Well that Ends Well, it gave more to Spike, and it was funny to see how he and Applejack interacted together.

9. Boast Busters - Trixie was pretty entertaining, and this episode show us how we have duality, of course we are hypocritical, no one is perfect, and that is why I like this episode.
