I actually have a gym membership. I do all sorts of exercises.

But I mostly like to run. I love the rush I get when I move really fast, even if I'm just jogging.

I would be exercising everyday, but right now I'm kind of aroud 700 miles from home. I can still do stuff that requires no equipment though. I don't do very advanced stuff and do what I see others around me do. I'm just about in every sport our school offers though, that keeps me tone ish. I'm still overweight, but I have changed my eating habits and am losing weight.

I am extremely super duper active. Especially as of late.

I make sure to exercise my fingers every day by typing at least 100,000 characters per day.

Every now and then (not too often because I don't want to wear myself out), I play Stepmania, which gets me mashing tonnes upon tonnes of keys per day.

My fingers are the strongest fingers in existence.

being as lazy as i am, i only do indirect exercises XD by which i mean: if i need to escape into music, i'll go out walking for a couple miles so music time doesn't get interrupted, other than that playing bass exercises my right bicep and left forearm

Other than that... nope XD

Well, I've lifted for the last 30 years or so on and off-not going to bore you with the details, it's the usual stuff. I lift 4 times a week, life permitting and split things up according to body parts-legs, shoulders, chest, back, arms. Each workout takes at least 1 1/2 hours without cardio time. I train alone in my basement-picked up most of my weights from yard sales. Currently I've got about 1200lbs of weight down there.

Got sick of the gym scene-some guy who looks like a matchstick with the wood scraped off telling me about what I'm doing wrong.

I don't know the name of any of the exercises I do but I mostly do resistance training.  I sometimes do some yoga and belly dancing but I'm not all that motivated to keep up with those two right now.

lol, I don't know what half of those exercises are. I mainly exercise by doing taekwondo, and by taking some walks. I would like to incorporate some more exercise into my life though. Now I can just check this thread for ideas :D

My exercise: Videogames

Does that count? I'm exercising my fingers! That works, right?

._. I'm so unfit. I'm really skinny. I need to eat more, and I need to work out or something for muscle. I lack upper body strength especially.

Usually I go to the gym three times a week. Mostly treadmill, but I also lift weights a lot (doing it right now lol)

More importantly, I do intramural wrestling, which keeps me in great condition. I'm trying hard to get a six pack, I lost mine when summer started and I emptied my parents' fridge every day.

Weight lifting and cardio. Weight lifting is excellent for losing body fat and toning up. Cardio is just fun. I find it has helped a lot since I've nearly lost a stone.

Given my isolated location this summer, I've been pretty limited in some of the exercises I can add to my routine.  However, after purchasing a couple of 30 pound weights from MC Sports in Traverse City, I have managed to put together a pretty nice and challenging routine, which I usually only have time for on Saturday mornings.

Calisthenics

I start my routine with some calisthenics, which include:

Push-Ups

Jumping Jacks

Lunges

Squats

Flutter Kick

Plank

I would do crunches and sit-ups, but unfortunately I'm staying at a house entirely with hardwood or stone floors, which are just too hard of surfaces.  I tried before and it was just a no go, just hurt my back too much.  But eh, whatever, what can ya do?

Weights

Next I tackle some free weight exercises with my two 30 pound dumbbells.  Usually I'll do the following:

Bicep Curls 3x10

Hammer Curls 3x10

Front Raises 3x10

Standing Dumbbell Triceps Extension 3x10

Dumbbell Chest Press (which I have to do by using two beds of all things, it's really wonky!) 4x10

Looking to add more weights to my routine, but I need to pickup some more dumbbell routines first.  Usually, when I'm at an actual gym, I'll have A LOT more weights in my routine than I do at the moment.  Again, being in the middle of nowhere and having little time to workout is throwing me off a bit; thankfully I still get plenty of exercise lifting things for my stocker job at the grocery store in town.

Cardio

After my weights and calisthenics are complete, I take a 3.75 - 4 mile run in the Port Oneida Rural Historic District, which is really beautiful and refreshing.

I do a lot of those exercises you listed when I go to the gym.  I haven't been to the gym too often though over the past 6 months. There's a lake I like to run around, which is about 4 miles if you do the whole thing.  I sometimes run on the beach too, which is so much harder than running on pavement, or at least it is for me.  I used to swim competitively, so I still swim, just not on a team anymore.

I also play badminton, am starting hip hop dance classes and occasionally play tennis and racquetball.  Sometimes I walk around my city just cause, which is good exercise too.

I have a pull up bar in my apartment and I also do core and other exercises that you don't need equipment for.

If you don't swim, I'd recommend it.  It's good, low impact cardio.

Do you all do exercises?

Whaaaaa?!?!

How do you find time/ even do all of that stuff :o

I Struggle to do my leg exercises my phisio gave me to do to get rid of plantar phaciaitus (not the way to spell it lol)!

I do a few bicep curls every night and then walk/bike ride with the occasional situps and weekly playing of squash, but appart from that I don't do anything :).

I'm not that strong, but I've never been that bothered, I would like to get a bit fitter so I can be better at squash, but thats where my bike riding is coming in :D!

But seriously, I don't actually "exercise" that much. But every once in a while, I'll take a nice jog if the weather is nice. I also get a lot of exercise in at work.

Sheesh.. I just try and get a 5k run in around the phoenix park every few days, weather permitting. I see I'm way behind some people on levels on fitness, specially the OP.  :please:  I'm impressed your able to manage all that.

I run a mile nearly everyday. I want to start doing two miles, and then maybe more considering my friends want me to do cross country. Still iffy about that.

I also do a workout program called Athlean X. It's no BS either, this dude who made it was a personal trainer for a professional baseball team (forget which one) and is jacked, the workouts get progressively harder and harder and there's even tests.
