technology What type of cell phone do you have and what phone company are you under?

There are so many types of phones out today, so I'm just curious: what phone do you have and what phone company are you with?

I have a iPhone3GS, but when my contract with AT&T expires in May, I'm going to stick with them and see if I can get the iPhone 4, 4S, or maybe even 5. I was going to go to Sprint, but I've heard some not-so-good things about them.

I have kind of a crappy basic verizon phone. No touch screen. No apps. Yeah, not really much to it, other than the typical necessities like texting and calling. I guess it works well with pictures and video but that's really it. :P

Here's a picture if you must see. :P

I freakin hate it. I'd like to get some kind of smartphone soon, once I save the money. :P

I can't remember the model name exactly, but I have a Nokia phone, which the top flips. 'Cause it's a flippy phone. It's pretty old, too. I'm under Rogers. (Though, I personally really, really dislike phones, so..Yeah. If I had a fancy iPhone, or Android, I'd probably just use it to do, well...Things. Opposed to texting and talking. Unless I had to. .-. )

I have the Samsung Galaxy Appeal (picture below). It's a low-end smartphone that gets really annoying with how slow it can be. :/

I have AT&T, which has worked out great for me. Never had an issue with connection or anything (There was this one time with customer service, but I won't get in to that >_>).

I have a sim free iPhone 5 which means no 24 month contracts  :yay: I have a one month rolling contract with 3 network UK I can cancel the contract at anytime. I get 100 mins, 5000 texts I think and best of all unlimited data, I get around 25mb/s internet when I am at home thats faster than my broadband which is 5mb/s how does that work? :derp:

I have a galaxy nexus with Wind mobile. For $40, I get unlimited everything (including data) in certain zones which cover the area I work, learn and live in. They are also doing several expansions to add more coverage in my area. So yes, this is the absolute best plan I could get for myself.

Alright, guys....you all ready for a giant shocker?

I don't even have a phone. I literally don't go anywhere to need a cell phone,I can call using home phone and I can text via laptop or Kindle Fire.

So, I don't even have a phone company either.

I used to have an iPhone five on Sprint :yay: . I got it last December but a month after, I got it stolen :(

I really have no problem with Sprint. Though the Internet is slow when I use it away from home.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Play. 'S part phone, part PS3, though honestly, I only use the phone part, the internet, and Twitter. XD I'm under Verizon. For the most part, it's a really good phone!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Lite, I believe.. The name's too flippin' long, I forget what it's called, but it's definitely a Samsung Galaxy.

And I'm with Virgin.. Hehe.. How appropriate >_>

I like the phone.. The company, not so much.

I'm currently using a Samsung Jet. Doesn't have a lot of functions like a typical smartphone does, but as for now, it satisfies my basic necessities of calling and texting, as well as listening to music, watching operas, or surfing the web.

And I probably won't be putting my phone company down here. I'm not an American, and I don't really like to give away my personal location so easily.  :derp:

Hope this is alright with you...

CURSE YOU SPRINT.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running from Verizon Wireless (Vodafone). Out of all the phones I've had, it's probably the best one I've owned - it's very light and powerful, and the battery life is very good for a smart phone. Right now I'm running SF Launcher on it (instead of the default TouchWiz) - it's lightweight, very clean, and easy to use. Previously I've also used Launcher Pro and Lighting Launcher, but I need to switch things up every now and then.

I have a basic fliptop Samsung, it is nothing special all it can do aside from making and recieving calls and texts which is the only thing I use it for anyway (not so much texting though I hate doing that) is take pictures. I am with T Mobile and haven't had any problems with them as of yet.

I got a Nokia N8. certainly an older model (considering I know some people who seem to upgrade once a week -_- ) but the old girl still works for me so I haven't seen a reason to get rid of it, I'd probably go for a samsung galaxy if they're still around when it dies on me

My phone right now is currently a potato :3

But seriously, it's a 3 year old piece of shit that has been through the wash twice. Unfortunately it has a touch screen on the front so that's screwed up big time. Have to displace where I press to hit the buttons. My provider is Verizon
