What would you be in a fantasy world?

I'm pretty sure most of us have played at least one fantasy game and have seen a character of a certain race or vocation that we loved. Whether it be a wise wizard, a strong knight, a mighty dragon, a dexterous elf, or a powerful lich. There are way more, but you get my point. What would you be in a fantasy world? Feel free to leave a reason why, if you want to.

 

P.S. The ones I listed are just examples. Feel free to use any fantasy race or class.

I would personally enjoy being a strong knight but I would more than likely actually be a wise wizard or something along those lines.

Also, I would like the powers of darkness, holy light, and electricity, as they would fit my personality.

Me it differs every time I play a rpg a play something different each time. One of my favorite was a Drow (dark elf) sorcerer who viewed both the end justify the means (mostly he did have limits) and liberal application of force was always a way to solve problems. H ere is a bit of an example.

 

An evil wizard was about to escape through a portal he was out of magic and we knew if he got away he would be difficult to beat again. To complicate matters he took a young child as a hostage. I turned to the cleric.

Me: you have ressurection prepared today, right?

Cleric : yes, why?

(Fireballs the wizard and kid)

Cleric: WHAT DID YOU DO!?

(Turns and leaves)

me: you got resurrection, raise the kid.

I think I'd be the wise cracking pirate/bard type character. Using a sword, dirty tactics and a silver tongue. Looking out for number one but ultimately doing the right thing.

 

Or a wizard. Commanding spells and incredible magic isn't too shabby either. But not the Gandalf type of wizard with the robes and everything. The bad guys know that that's the guy who throws around some major destruction. I'd try to conceal that fact and do everything to look ordinary up until I'm forced to do otherwise.

Well I have always chosen a knight, I don't know why but when it comes to choosing a class or something it's usually a warrior/knight something like that. Because I think heavy armor and either a double handed sword or dual wielding is awesome. I would be a human since you can always choose to be human or well in most cases.

 

I guess it's more likely that I'd be an archer, scout, rogue or something like that most likely dual wielding and bow as my secondary. Yeah that sounds about right, I would attack by dual wielding swords.

 

You'd see me walking around wearing a light black armor, with a bow on my back and two swords on my sides. So I guess I'd be a rogue but I'd still like to be able to use double handed swords I just doubt I would go for a heavy armor and weapons. I'm more the rogue type I guess.

I'm usually the well-spoken Archer, who tends to hoard items he loots off of corpses to sell later for a profit. I'd also be an Argonian from the Elder Scrolls, because they're pretty sweet.

 

I also enjoy lockpicking, enchanting, and blacksmithing as well. Having some nice custom armor, alongside an enchanted bow is always convenient.

An unexperienced elf adventurer who mainly relies on stealth, but knows a thing or two of battle and escaping. He is also in a group.

 

That, or be an unexperienced elf member in a thief organization like the Thieves Guild from Skyrim.

 

A dragon would be awesome, too.
