    I've recently developed a slight addiction to teen-girl movies. (Okay, I AM a teen girl, but still. I usually like different stuff than that.) Like, shallow high-school movies and sappy romances.

    When I'm trying to sleep, or when I can't sleep, I always tell myself stories. I'm a writer, and I go over ideas or think about future stories, or just little things about the characters in my head.

    I don't mind the designs as anthropomorphized, but that's the thing: they're supposed to be human. They're cute, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me with what I know of the plot. I think they should look more human.

    I feel right at home, although it does feel like girls are vastly outnumbered, so I am happy when I find a fellow pegasister. I also notice that people tend to assume girls on here are male if they're not told. XD

    The thing is, G5 isn't going to be a remake of G4. It probably won't happen for a long time, but think about it. G4 is a different universe, with different characters (even if some share names/designs) than G3. It's not going to be the next generation of Friendship is Magic... it'll be the next generation of My Little Pony, something completely separate from what most fans of the show love. Who knows, it may be deeper than pre-G4 generations- they may decide to follow G4's model in expanding it for a wider audience- but it'll be something different. Many fans are likely to overlap, but it won't be FiM. (Note: I'm an MLP fan no matter what. Any generation.) That being said, if a darker MLP:FiM did exist, I would definitely watch it, although I also love the show's light-heartedness.

    I personally don't find it very attractive, maybe since it might be associated with older-than-me guys in my head, but it's not like, an automatic "no, I'd never take a second look at this guy."

    Yay, it's playing in a bunch of theaters in my state! I'm totally going to see it. I hope it's good. I'm optimistic. The story sounds interesting to me.

    Yes X3 My favorite line in the whole series might be "So that's two large tacos, a burrito, and a medium Gir, take us back to the base right now. You want a drink with that?" I don't know why, I just find it hilarious.

    Animal and Kermit are my SECOND favorites, but no one could ever top Beaker for me. <3And yes, all the time! Actually, just yesterday I found something I was looking for and said "Victory for ZIM!" I probably quote Invader Zim more than any other show, even though other shows, like MLP, I like equally.

    ...Okay, this is just getting weird. Beaker is my favorite too!!! And Invader Zim will also always be amongst my favorite shows. This is... strange and awesome.

    Oh my gosh. Muppets + ponies = my paradise. Same with Gir + Derpy, your icon. I love the picture, and it's hilarious. Yep, Gonzo's always had a thing for chickens. I wonder what Camilla will think?

    I wish they would do an episode like that. I think it could be really good, and also a good chance for Lyra and Bon Bon to be canon. However, people are right that it WOULD cause a lot of controversy, which wouldn't be good for the show or fun for anyone. So I'm not really sure what I think.

    My hair is naturally dark blonde (it used to be lighter), but I've been dying it for some time now and it's currently black on one side and pink on the other, though the pink is turning into a weird pink-blonde hybrid. Before that it was just black, and it was just hot pink for the longest time. My eyes are blue.

    What's wrong with Skyla? ;_; I think she's Cadance and Shining Armor's daughter, and I actually hope she'll be canon! Twila is photoshopped, though- I'm almost sure of it.

    I was wondering if anypony knew of any good MLP school fanfictions? As in, any story involving Ponyville Schoolhouse, Cheerilee, and/or the schoolfoals prominently, preferably a slice-of-life sort of thing.

    I don't really have an OC just yet, but I'd love to be part of it when and if I do, if this is still going on. I think this is a cool project! Okay, actually I kinda do. Would it be better if I gave you my ponified self, or a character of mine? I'm not really sure. Does it matter?

    My music opinions are not unpopular because people disagree with them, but unpopular because no one's heard of half the stuff I listen to. XD And I've never heard of half the stuff most people listen to.

    Yes! Neopets is awesome! It's my favorite too. Lots and lots of people on Neopets are non-kids, anyway. It's funny... I was actually just checking these forums quickly before going on Neopets. XD Oh, and FiMFiction is another one of my favorites, too. I can read on there for hours on end... I frequent Facebook, too, but it's not as much fun. XD Oops, I just ended both posts with XD.

    Rugrats! Rugrats is awesome! If anypony wants to watch it again, a bunch of the seasons are on Netflix. Kimi is my favorite, even though she didn't come in until later. She's just so cute. <3

    What about Pinkie Pie? She works at Sugarcube Corner, but her talent is making ponies smile, not baking. She does make ponies smile, but it's not her official career.

    All right, I just really want to get this out there. A lot of people seem to think that having a cutie mark would be holding them back in some way, that it controls what you do. That's not the case, at least I don't think so. I think they've gotten the idea from Magical Mystery Cure, but the way I see it is not that the Mane 6's cutie marks forced them into these jobs, but that, since those were their cutie marks, what they represent must have been what they were good at and chose to do... so why didn't they enjoy it? Why couldn't they do it right? But anyway, what I wanted to talk about, mostly, is talent. I've noticed a bit of talk about how you could get a cutie mark in something you don't like. True, you can be good at something you don't like. You can try something and be good at it, but the thing is, if you don't enjoy it, you won't put the time and energy into it that would make you truly talented. For example, I'm a writer. I know my cutie mark would have to do with writing. True, the ability to be a good writer was in me most of my life. But if I didn't enjoy writing, I wouldn't write or strive to become better at writing, and without that, it's not talent- simply potential. So while you may have potential in something you don't care for, you'll only get a cutie mark if it's really what you want to do.

    I totally understand why Luna gets love- I think she's awesome- but I also don't get why Celestia doesn't; she's awesome too. Honestly, I love them both equally, and I don't see why most people feel they need to take sides. As Celestia said, they were meant to rule together.
