    Yeah your right the ozone doesn't protect us from solar flares.The earths magnetic field does. And it won't break through because the earths rotation on its axis is what creates this field. And it doesn't get weaker from solar activity either. The ozone will protect us from most of the radiation coming in, and the radiation that comes in will be harmless amounts. Not to worry Friend!
