I really don't like Twilight/Trixie or Flash/Twilight. And not to mention pretty much any OC paired with the mane six or any other canon character.

Just seems like people put characters together because they can. Same with Fluttershy and Applejack, just doesn't appeal to me in the slightest, they rarely are even shown with each other.

I really really like Derpy x Doctor Hooves. The radioplay I listen to really got me into liking their characters together. So cuteee~

That is easy the abomination that it is Spilight,

I absolutely hate this ship as spike and twilight are pretty much a mixture of mother/older sister and older sister/younger brother relations and because of this the paring comes of as incestious which just makes me sick to my stomach.

Just thinking of this couple makes me go  and I am absolutely apalled with everything about it.

I really do not like TwiXPinkiePie, FluttersXApplejack, PinkiePieXApplejack, and the one you mentioned. It seems a bit odd to ship those characters together because it doesn't seem like it would make sense.

Throwing aside anything incestuous or obviously inappropriate due to age and maturity of those involved (including Twilestia), I'd have to say Appledash. I can kind of see where people would get the idea, but there's never been anything particularly appealing about the ship to me and it seems like I still see it wherever I go.

I gonna play the hipster and say that I actually dislike a lot of popular pairings, most notably AppleDash and RariJack.

I never understood why everyone likes AppleDash so much, I feel like they'd clash way too much to work as a pairing, rivals/frienemies? Sure. Pairing? Not a chance. 

As for RariJack, I don't hate it, and I can see the appeal is similar to FlutterDash(which I do like ironically), but I don't think it's amazing like fans claim it is. It just never clicked for me.

As for others - 

TwiXie - This is just from my irrational dislike of Trixie admittantly

SoarinJack - It comes off as a Straight version of AppleDash, so my stance should already be obvious

FlutterMac - Have these two even been on the same screen together, literally the only reason people pair these two is because they're both shy, and in that regards I just don't see it going anywhere

 

Sheesh, I sure do dislike a lot of AJ pairings(imo, she belongs to Twilight )

 

Then again I'm not how much grounds my opinions hold, this is all coming from the same weirdo who loves RariDash and FlutterJack

Mmm... I'm not a fan of SoarDash. Soarin just isn't a very well explored character, and to be frank, my headcanon is that yes, RD is lesbian. I don't know why it just appeals to me, but it just does. I can't really explain my reasoning, cause really, I have none. i hope I am not ignorant or insensitive for that, but it's just how I see it.

 

Also, I agree with cmarston. Spilight just seems... wrong. Twilight essentially raised Spike. I don't want any Oedipus complex stories.

This is my least favorite too. I just feel like they wouldn't go together at all. Like you mentioned, they would probably have to change, and then, they wouldn't be the same that everypony knows and loves.

If there's one pairing that I detest with a fiery passion, it would have to be Twilestia. There's a very good reason that teacher/student relationships are illegal and single handedly ruin careers, the least of which is the fact that the age difference makes them all kinds or icky. Ignoring the fact that Celestia is over a thousand years old for a minute, were you to scale her age proportional to her appearance, she'd still be more than old enough to be Twilight's mother, if not her grandmother! Ewwwww. 

 

On a lighter side of things, I'm a bit iffy about any pairing that tries to mess with canon couples without a valid reason. In short, pairing Mr/Mrs Cake, Shining Armor or Cadance with anyone else is a big no to me.

I can't stand the sight of Twilight Sparkle being shipped with any of the rest of the Mane 6. It makes Twilight seem partial to some friends over others, thus ruining the balance of the cast.

I'm not much of a shipper as far as romantic pairings go, but if I had to pick a least favorite (other than crack ships) I would say that AppleDash is hooves down my least favorite. Don't get me wrong, I love the chemistry and the many amusing interactions between these two, and no doubt they have one of the most interesting relationships, but I do not like the idea of them as romantic partners. I can understand some of the arguments in favor of this ship, but I think that the two of them just don't work. They're too similar in a lot of ways in which they won't be able to properly balance the other out, and their differences cause them to bicker and fuss more than any other Mane Six duo.

Rarijack seems to be everywhere, I don't think it's a bad ship personally but I think it's shipped a bit too much personally.

Also, Twilight x Shining Armor is just disgusting. That ship just needs to stop if you just ask me, unless it's done in a sibling fashion like it should be.

And I know it's not exactly a ship, but people need to stop suggesting that Dinky is Derpy Hooves' daughter, because she's not. It's pretty much like saying Cloud Kicker is her sister just because they look alike, doesn't mean they're related. Derpy x Doctor Whooves doesn't really make any sense to me either.
