It's almost like that here too, I say "almost" because we have two other options... Dialup and Satellite. One is slow and the other has terrible ping (not good for gaming.)

Mine is really, really fast. Online fighting games make the router need to work hard. All of the data in the match must be sent from one console to the other instantly. My connection with almost everyone online is perfect.

Couldn't agree more on that. Ping is an absolute must.

It's actually even faster, but my in-house cable can't reach the maximum level. Directly from my modem I get 153Mbps download.

My internet is usually pretty fast. However, it can have occasional choke-up days. Fortunately, though, it usually only happens during bad weather. ^^
