I'm a rat when it comes to cheese. I love cheese!

Favorites:

  • Swiss
  • Provolone
  • Sharp Cheddar
  • Expired parmesan cheese 

I'll buy a couple of containers of parmesan from the store and just leave it in the pantry till its well past the expiration date (like a year or 2). It tastes better to me that way.  :twismile:

As far as I know, I like Cheddar and Feta. And kinda like Parmesan. But generally, any cheese is good for me.

Oh I do love those tiny cheese wedges! I believe they are cheddar maybe? Mixed with something maybe? My mother says they are fake cheese.

I love a nice strong cheese and I also love blue cheese.

Cheddar (sharp or extra sharp only, unless it's on a salad. Then medium is acceptable), though mozzarella is really good, too.

Roquefort, it's mad that only one other poster on this thread mentioned it as it's clearly the best - followed by gorgonzola (piccante > dolce), stilton, double gloucester with onion + chive, manchego and époisses de bourgogne. Yes, I'm unapologetically a cheese snob. It's one of the few things in life worth being a snob over.

Soft cheeses like brie sometimes, i like cheddars and strong cheese sometimes. White cheeses can be nice too and cheeses with fruits in like white stilton and apricot or ones with cranberry

Feta, muenster, provolone and american are my favourites.  Muenster makes for a great grilled cheese, provolone and american make for good cheese with cheesesteaks.  I use feta the most since I make a lot of spanakopita with it.

Gouda. But when it comes to cheese burgers, the color is the most important, it must me McDonald's yellow (the yellow on their M logo), and taste like a clown's underwear
