How Much Soda Do You Usually Drink Each Day?

One can/bottle a day. That is all the soda I've ever needed in a day since I was thirteen years old.

I have lowered my soda intake to about 2 sodas a week (one on Saturday, another on Sunday). 3 if it's a special occasion.

I also try to get soda that was made with natural ingredients, or at least avoids certain ingredients like High Fructose Corn Syrup.

When I was young, I could easily have a soda once a day. Sometimes 2 sodas a day, but my mother discouraged it, and it always left my teeth feeling dry/rough. I don't know if I'll ever get to a point where I stop drinking soda completely cause I still love it, but as an adult, I can't drink it as much as I use too. It has too much sugar, and health problems like Diabetes run in my family, so I really need to be careful.

I used to drink a 2 liter a day or 5-6 cans a day. I stopped about a year ago and reduced my intake of sugary drinks. Now that I have sugary drinks up for lent, the intake is even lower.
