When experiencing negative emotions, do you eat comfort food? Or do you lose your appetite? Both, depending on the situation? Or neither?

I don't usually eat when depressed or when I have existential crises, I don't lose appetite either. Food overall is not included in my times of despair.

For me I’d say neither.   If anything I lose my appetite, but that’s mostly because when I’m stressed or something I may forget to eat.

Usually I’ll snack for no reason unless my stomach is refusing food or something when I’m feeling low. It depends on the situation.

I'm def a mood snacker. Basically any negative mood I have you'll fine me eating; the serotonin receptors in my stomach are more sensitive than average so I guess that's why

I have never really thought about it, maybe honestly usually though I don't have much of an appetite during am emotion distress like that. That said good food can be very relaxing indeed. So I would say both yeah.

It really depends. When I'm feeling depressed, I eat less. When I'm feeling worried, I eat more. Or at least it seems to be that way.

I stress eat all the time. Some kinds of stress, like worry, can deplete the appetite, but other kinds like anger, annoyance or frustration can make me gorge without even realizing it. I just want to do something with my hands or face for some kind of distraction.

I absolutely hate eating when I'm stressed/depressed because it just makes me feel fat and awful, but I drink obsessive amounts of water to the point that I nearly throw it all up

On the bright side though, drinking so much water makes my skin look pretty nice?

Yes. I was cursed by an evil witch and now I have a permanent debuff that needs to be counteracted with comfort items. Lest I lose control of my character and start to pk. It is her fault, though. She did something very wrong and taboo when summoning me into this game server. But I will be alright. I have managed to trap this witch, and now she has to take care of me until her life is extinguished. Fortunately, she knows what is good for her.
