How long does it take you to fall asleep?

I usually like to walk around at like 3 when i dont have work the next day. If i cant sleep i listen to Bob Marley and Hey Ocean on my Ipod that usually get's me ready for bed. Or i listen to Mr. creepypasta. something about his voice makes me scared and tired all at the same time. TV just keeps my brain awake. I fall asleep around 1 or 3 usually. Unless i went to the Gym earlier or went for a run then i fall asleep around 11 or 12.

I'll be simple here. It takes forever for me to get to sleep. I can remember when I had to go to sleep on school days by 11, I often stayed up until 1. AM, of course. And what did I do? Oh, just sit around doing nothing.

Normally about three or four hours, if i can actually sleep at all that is, i have insomnia, for anyone who doesnt know what it is its like an inability to sleep easily and i am awoken really easily.

Anywhere from  half an hour to 3 hours. If I don't sleep by then I just stay awake because I'll never sleep when I cross the 3 hours limit. Too bad that happens often, being an insomniac and all.

I never really bothered to keep track of how long it takes me to fall asleep, but I guess about twenty to thirty minutes. I stay up most of the night anyway, so it's rather easy for me to sleep once I am in bed. I just get comfortable, put a pillow over my face, think about the usual, and from there, sweet dreams.

Usually I tend to stay up past twelve and it is around that time where I can get extremely tired. I can fall asleep in a matter of minutes or half an hour at most.

It really depends on how long I stay up or what I've done during the day to exhaust myself. I'm a bit of an insomniac so I can stay up for 20 hours and sleep for 12. When I have work, I seem to sleep in routine, but only getting around 8 hours of sleep.

I honestly have no idea. I lay down, make myself confortable and then I always just think about all sorts of things. I never remember how long it took me to fall asleep. But sometimes, when I am falling asleep, I suddenly feel like if I was suddenly falling and that wakes me up...
