You rescue your Best Friend...BUT. He's been bitten! Doomed to be a Zombie and hurt/eat/infect other people.

 

He turns and tells you, "Bro. I don't want to be a zombie..." and loses consciousness.

 

Question: Do you have it in you to Shoot him while he's still human?

Honestly, depending of who it was precisely I would do one of the following:

• Keep him around, he'll prove very useful when it comes to killing zombies.
• Keep him around, he'll prove to be a very useful meat-shield.
• Kill him as soon as possible, so to keep the rest of us safe and he can retain dignity.

My best friend also happens to be the only girl I've ever really loved, so I'd probably go crazy from loss. I wouldn't kill myself, but I wouldn't try too hard to survive. I'd probably just go on crazy zombie hunting trips and not care about my own safety :/

My Best Friend I can trust 100% is bit. I would freak out for a bit but afterwards, I'd chain him in a safe location and wait for 1 day after the average zombie turning time for this particular strain. Still feed him, talk to him, etc.
