Usually nothing at all and I do say something it is usually on the days of my 6AM shifts at work which are usually things like "shit" or "god damn it" and when I finally get to work the stream of expletives continues throughout the day. It is not the early hour because I actually like waking up early because of the extra time it gives me during the day and the fact that I tend to sleep better it is the fact that these shifts are very physically, mentally and emotionally stressful and demanding. I come home so tired sometimes that it literally hurts, my body can barely move and my brain can barely even string together a single coherent thought.
