They are all very bad ass in their own way whether it be their courage, being strategic, etc. but I think that on a general basis (so the one that looks the coolest) Rainbow Dash would be the most bad ass.

She doesn't have the raw strength of Applejack. She doesn't have the speed of Rainbow. She doesn't have the Stare ike Flutters. She doesn't have the power to ignore physics like Pinkienator. She doesn't have the raw magical power of Twi.

 

She only has her natural allure, wit and it seems raw martial skill. And she still manages to kick ass, even though she does not have these kinds of "super powers".

 

 

And after she actually manages to get a magic powerboost... well...
