My favorite non-pony cartoon at the moment is probably Adventure Time. It has a great cast of characters, and a ton of backstory.

 

I've recently gotten into Steven Universe. It's pretty good, and I'm curious to see where it's going to go in the future.

King of the Hill has always been my favorite cartoon, with Phineas & Ferb, The Simpsons, The Weekenders and American Dad not far behind. I like Family Guy too, but a lot of their episodes are hit and miss, which is why I rarely watch it anymore.
