What If There Was a 7th Element of Harmony?

I can only think of a few.

 

Element of Diplomacy - A pony who can bring balance to problems that come into a group of friends, can be a good listener and give good advice, and be the most level-headed. Can also try and resolve problems with potential villains. Although this would be very similar to Applejack and honesty.

 

Element of Love - This pretty much takes most of the ideas people have been saying. Self-sacrifice, and all of that goody, 'lovey' stuff. Although, I'd say Cadence already fills the Love meter pretty well. 

 

Element of Humility - A pony who would do anything for another.

It's pretty hard picking something which isn't somewhat covered by the other elements or the personalities of the characters who wield them.

 

Perhaps a name change of the current elements would need to occur first. Sure they could work that somehow

Not much to choose from and anything you can think of kinda already exists. But maybe Forgiveness, I know someone else said it but I think it's a viable option. Or maybe Passion or Affection. [Completely platonic of course  ]

You know, heart was a lot more useful than people make it out to be. You can make people more empathetic, you could communicate with animals, and it was the only one of the powers that didn't cause direct damage to the surrounding area, which was important in a show about protecting the environment.

In my personal opinion, I'd think the seventh Element would have to be Courage.  It takes courage to make and maintain friendships, and it could create some good chemistry between this pony and Fluttershy, as something of another counter.  Applejack and Rarity are counters, Pinkie and Twilight are counters, but Rainbow and Fluttershy aren't, except for the boring intro/extroversion.  So, I feel that adding an element of Courage would counter and improve Fluttershy, and could be an equal for Rainbow.

Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Generosity, Loyalty, and Magic are the Elements of Harmony, but what if there was another one? It's crossed my mind a few times, and I'm honestly not sure. I'd have to be an attribute to friendship, most definitely.

There are many good qualities that could be the mysterious '7th' element of harmony.

 

I have to add 'Confident' maybe another pegusus could play her?

If it's not a mistake, it might mean there is a new Element. I really hope that new Element isn't 'Leadership'. Maybe it's the Element of Forgiveness, for messing around with other ponies' minds.

I'm fairly sure it emphasizes how she's sort of transcended, yet the element of magic still exists in the world. Or how the six elements combined create harmony, which would be the bigger star.

I guess love? Since the elements represent different important aspects of friendship, and to love and care for your friends is important for a friendship. I guess it could be other things,but idk, thats really the only half good one i can think of.

As said by many earlier, Empathy and Forgiveness just might fit. But if there is another element (entirely hypothetical) it would be "hidden," for a reason.

 

Perhaps Balance would fit too? Like the balance between Night and Day. Although I'm not sure how you could portray that in somepony.
