What kind of Equestrian home would you have?

I'm a unicorn at heart. But Canterlot seems a bit snooty. I'm not too impressed with the big cities, so a place like Ponyville looks good to me. Or possibly the next town down the line if too many bronies move there).

its quaint. On the rail line to Canterlot for a weekend of shopping and entertainment.

 

My home will be a multi-bedroom  home based on human design. and the roof will not be thatched, but have shingles. (cause its only a matter of time before Pinky is gonna be bouncing around up there.)

 

Whats in it? Comfortable furniture. storage. My Stallion Cave, and a craft room for Debbie.

 

We don't want anything too expensive cause we want to explore Equestria. But we will invest in art and cool stuff for the walls.

How fun! I'd have a small single story cottage in ponyville with a living room/library, kitchen, and a bedroom. Nothing too fancy furniture or art wise. The only thing on my walls would either be candle holders, bookshelves, or maybe one piece of artwork like a map of equestria or some kind of painting of a nature scene. I'd have a small stereo in the living room  to play some music on and a coffee maker is a must-have for me in the kitchen.

I would most definitely build a smallish log cabin near a small town, Ponyville works. As to what's in it, just the essentials. Equestria is too interesting of a place to stay cooped up inside for long.

I would probably live in a house like Fluttershy's, just not with all the animals. I would probably have a dog and the house would be modestly decorated. I'd be a pegasus so I would probably live in Cloudsdale or Ponyville

A wooden house somewhere beyond civillisation. **** socialisation, I would live all by myself, comfortable and always gaining food by the nearby forest and river stream. No fancy furniture, just all simplified. I would have my own library and private study to write down my philosophic views or stories.

Snowflake lives in a stronghold in the Everfree forest..... so I guess something secluded.... probably a house in Unicorn Range or a house on the outskirts of Ponyville

I'd probably have something off the beaten path. A modest home, not too big or small. Somewhere that I can make some noise, and work on different projects. It would be either 1 or 2 stories, have a contemporary design but still have that country, backroads flair.

I enjoy small houses and spaces, so I would like a little bit smaller than normal house with at least two floors to make it feel like the house I lived in when I was seven. Besides that, I would love to have a lab where I try to make a portal gun a reality!

I'd have a small house/studio either in lower Canterlot or in midtown Manehattan. Somewhere where I could get around easily, make a lot of noise at home, and invent new (to the pony universe) things.

I'd love a home in Manehatten. I grew up in a city- places like Ponyville would be way too quiet for me. I'd have an apartment, I suppose, where I would live comfortably with all the things I want and need.

Since living in trees is a thing in Equestria, I think I'd live in a big tree house.

Location: Underneath Everfree in the most dense parts of it.

Design: Mostly narrow hallways and non squared rooms. Its basically a labyrinth or rather a network of tunnels that would resemble somewhat of what an old ant farm would look like but with more complexity. Has at least six stories or layers downward of tunnels and entire "floors" of different places to go.

Materials: Lots of books, places where ancient scrolls, artifacts, and magical and alchemical items are kept. Tons of skulls from poinies, magical creatures are seen every once in a while here and there on these cases. Some of them are candle holders lol. Wall decoractions of banner like fabrics and old paintings and pictures that vary from people to goth or sea paintings....if you can't tell...I am into dark magics lol.

Entrance: Entrance is a secret doorway hidden behind a waterfall.

I don't! I'm an explorer and I'd rather just keep wondering. I would have a few things I always carry with me, things that remind me of my favorite places and of course the maps I design.

I would have have a small one story cottage out in the middle of white tail wood. I've always been a nature lover so that's about the best thing I could hope for. In all honesty I would rather explore Equestria then settle down in one place so I wouldn't really need anything fancy. Just a little cottage to return to every now and then would be enough for me.

Twilight's library, in fact I'd like to "rebuild" it exactly the same way it used to be.

I just imagine a somehow cloudy night on ponyville, with the tea fragrance, dancing and intertwining together with the gentle breeze getting through the top window. Lying back on my cozy bed, with a good book about pony stories. I can feel it right now, so very peaceful.

I'd probably fall asleep without touching a single book. Just to wake up with a lilac sunrise, a cold morning sparkling with gentle drizzle.

I would like to have a nice small-ish house in Ponyville with modern human architecture somewhere near the outskirts of the town. Equipped with means to communicate back to my world and electiricity as well from solar panels.
