Sunset Shimmer. While Fluttershy and Applejack top off my best ponies list, their human versions aren't as fleshed out and same goes with the rest of the Humane 5, given the movies are only 72 minutes long (give or take) and don't tend to focus on them to much. 

Yeah, Flutters is my best pony, but I'll always pick Sunny as my best human (despite she's actually a human-turned pony  ), because, as you stated, the rest of the girls are not nearly as fleshed as their poneh counterparts. Well, no complains, why would we watch a movie to see something we already saw for years in the actual show anyway

I hated Sunset Shimmer as a villain, and not in the way like you're supposed to. I thought she had no real character other than being a huge bitch. But as a good character, I really began to like her, ad she even admits she still has a lot to learn and still has her faults.
