What's the lowest overall grade you've ever had in a class (as a percentage)?

I've gotten probably a 50% in Earth Science.

 

Only because, the teacher claimed I did no work so he decided to fail me. I did work but, you know the education system we have in New York is screwed up.

When i was in middle school i got a 38% in a math class.

 

in 8th grade i got an 18% in world geography.

 

Other than that ive never gotten below a D and even Ds were rare.

Oh, one time I got a 50 on a Spanish test. Funnily enough, a kid who didn't do it at all got a 60. Then again, my Spanish teacher couldn't even pronouce my name properly, and opted to call me Guillermo instead.

Last year I had F in:

 

German (got a C now)

PE (Got an A now)

Maths (E now)

Woodwork (C now)

 

Not only that, but I was in trouble with Swedish (D now) and Chemistry (E, but probably gonna fail it, I have always cheated on this subject )

I never made a mark higher than 50 in my Grade 10 typing class (passing was 60). I only learned to type well from using a computer at my last job in customer service.

I have gotten a lot of F's and D's in math, pretty much every other subject is easy for me but I can barely even do Pre Algebra in part because I struggle to pay attention because it is so incredibly dry and boring and because I can't retain anything. I took community college courses on and off for more years than I anticipated in part because Math has been a huge stumbling block and because of all the various drama's in my life over the last 5 years with the plug being pulled on my Grandpa and nearly leaving my family due to my strong opposition to it.

 

Having to take care of my sick Father who is a dialysis patient and whose condition deteriorated rapidly until he passed away a year ago as of next month and getting suspended and almost fired from my job last June for some BS technicality and having the extreme difficultly of being made a backup checker against my will in addition to still being a dairy clerk. Needless to say these hardships brought my grades pretty far down the toilet. I am not proud of this development as I took several honors and AP classes in high school and was on the honor roll in middle school.

48% in French in grade 4. I was very upset by it because I thought it ment I would be held back a year. Thankfully I wasn't and I got a tutor to assist me the following year which helped increase my mark by quite a bit.

 

The funny thing is that now, I can barely remember a word of it. I took German in high school and found it a lot more interesting. My problem is a limited vocabulary, but if I took the time to learn more words, I could probably speak the language fairly well. I still know the most important phrase: Wo is das badezimmer?

I left high-school algebra with a 12%. All I did in that class was sleep and draw peoples' D&D stuff. Made a good bit of money that way, considering how little time it took.

I graduated from middle school with a 60% (D-) in pre-algebra. My teacher was a hideous b*tch who loved to brag about her perfect fourth-born daughter who was the valedictorian of my class.  I never passed a single test after March of that year up until my graduation in June. She even made a comment one class about how my name was too difficult to spell.

I've had at least a 50% or 40% Never had a 30 or lower. Those because my teacher is bad with outing in grades so it lowers my grade average. Also, one time because this quiz we took, the teacher confused me on it so I did bad and it was the first grade into the progress book  when the new semester started. Those have all been brought up and never been kept like that, because I've been on Honor Roll for awhile now. Im not an egg head like Twilight, but I sure am not that stupid and I do get good grades

I don't remember the exact percentage, but I flunked a writing class in high school. It was the first and only class I ever failed. I just slacked off and goofed around the whole time. It was a good lesson for me. I took the class over again and got an A-.

I think like 4%? Yeah, Math is NOT my high point in school. Plus, the teacher hated me and would never help me with like anything, so I pretty much failed like every test. Woo, go me. That's what you get for staying in that witch's class. Seriously, she has different colored eyes and just stares at you. And if the last period ticked her off, she will yell at the next one. Nope, I don't like her.

I've never had an F in a class I can remember, but then again I was homeschooled until just last year, so I really haven't had a whole lotta time.

 

However if I did get an F my parents would proably be quite upset with me, and to be honest I'd be pretty upset with myself, so I guess I'm an egghead, I always aim to have as high as possible a grade as I can .

 

My grades usually don't fall much below a C, except I think I had a D in english once or something, but I'm kinda bleh at English . However i somehow managed to get atleast a C and I think a B once most of the time. This year I've been atleast above a C trying to mantain a B or above though in all my classes. I've actually got like a hundred or two this year, which is pretty sweet.

On report cards I got grades as low as 65% (that's an F where I come from), but I never failed a class. The problem wasn't lack of ability, as noted by most of my teachers, it was lack of motivation. It wasn't just because the public school system sucks overall (which it does), it also had plenty to do with peer issues and problems at home. Eventually I started going to a private school that was much closer to home, but it was essentially the same there, only on a smaller scale.

 

Once I got to college I did much better. Third in my class by the time I graduated.

Well... I am living in a Russia, and how you knows, is located somewhere between italy and brazil. I think rather that, i dont know anything about geography, so i used to get low marks for that one.

 

Also in a 5-7 grades i had a holy war with my english and chemist teachers, so had troubles with these too. However i dont think that my mark ever was somehow lower than 20%

Hmm, In secondary school I was I'll for the entire time I should have been doing my business studies coursework (worth 50% of my final grade), because I was I'll I didn't submit. Now here's how the UK grade system works:

I got my result back, it just said my grade was X, that was bucking confusing... Anyway, I got a resubmit but I had to do after school lessons, fair enough I enjoyed the class, but my teacher hated me, she refused to help me or even tell me the assignment until the last day (this is after 3+ months of extra lessons) at the end of the day she asked for my assignment so I walked up other desk, slammed down the blank paper flipped her my middle finger and shouted "fuck you, your a pathetic excuse for a teacher and I can't wait for you to get fired from this you worthless cunt"

She got fired for it, but I still got X as my coursework score. (Got a C overall though, so I musta done well on the exam)

 

Side note, she was the 3rd teacher I got fired.

The lowest overall average I can remember getting was in 7th grade in middle school. I got a C- average I think. That was quite some time ago and tha teacher sucked at teaching anyways.

Last year in Pre Algebra, the teacher was NOT clear at all on how to solve equations, so I ended with an average of 64%. Lowest report card grade I got was the 58% (it said F, so I'm guessing around 58) I still hate her for that year.

I honestly can't remember...I remember in primary school, the one time I got a "4" or as you call it "B" in Maths, I was devastated...yeah I was an egghead back then.

I think recently I 've failed a biology test pretty hard because I had been sick for 2 weeks. (We have grades 1-5 instead of F-A)

But then at the other end, I've got things like the latest physics test on which I scored 100% without learning a single minute for it.
