How do you wait for a new episode?

This question isn't about how to be patient but rather, your methods of waiting for the next episode to air.

 

Seeing as how next week we won't see a new episode, I made this topic. Personally, I just think of this as waiting for a football game seeing as how teams play every Sunday (with the occasional Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday). In regards to FIM, I just think of some other things like video games and read some fanfics to think about what the new episodes might be like.

I hop on my computer, hop on MLPForums, and I'm so busy moving, merging, locking and deleting threads, that I forget about the new Episode of ponies. That is, until someone posts a spoiler thread in one of my sections, without posting any spoiler warning, then I click on it, find out it's a spoiler thread, and delete it so nopony else has it ruined for them as well (Except in this case, it was already deleted, but I still had to click on my notification to make sure there was nothing to be moderated)

 

Also, I am a full time student with a job working 32 hours a week. So I really have no need to find any other distractions.

Refreshing EqD every 30 seconds, reading fanfics and comics and posting here. Oh and rewatching all the episodes, never gets boring.

Meh, I go to school, do homework, watch/listen to fandom, browse this forum and just generally do what I do most days. The waiting for episodes doesn't bother me that much because half the fun of being a brony is the epic fanbase we have.

I don't focus on the new episodes? I pretend that they never come out, then when I view the status that say something like "OMG NEW EPISODE!!1!!11!" It means it time to see new episode.

Well, In the case of this morning, I get mad at Hub for not getting reception, and then I become a member of this forum.

 

Otherwise, I just play games, do school (boring), or scrounge youtube for something funny, usually pony-related.

for every 5 hours I wait I chop off one of my legs/arms

I stay awake until about 3 hours before the episode and I accidentally fall asleep, and by the time i wake up, the episode ended 2 hours ago

 

and so I have to go to youtube and check if the episode has been uploaded yet

The old episodes tend to never really get old. You can always watch them like new episodes.

I find all kinds of things to do between episodes like playing video games, watching other stuff (such as Dan Vs., my second favorite show right now), or doing stuff in real life. As far as getting my pony fix, I'll usually check out all the new art, music, etc that the community has come out with. There's so much content out there that I almost never get bored.

Go to school, go home, play tf2 and minecraft, parents kick me off, make sigs, and ava's, go on codeakers, mlp forum, gfxvoid, ponychan, etc, read fan fics, weekends come, Do the same things till Saturday, go in chatroom and watch it, or if I miss it watch on youtube, look at fan art, go on tumblr, draw ponies after each new episode.

Rinse and repeat.
