What job did you want while growing up?

Now that I'm in the real world, I've realized the things that I actually want to do will not pay enough for me to support myself and my family.  So I'm just going to school for nursing so I'll make a lot of money.  I'm terrified of needles though.  O.O

When I was a kid I wanted to make movies! Now I work on a farm! 10hours 5-days a week, 6am-4:30pm yay! lol sure I don't make movies but I still love my job! Great friends and my boss is a good friend too so I guess this was kind of my dream job

When I was really little I wanted to be a fireman.  Then when I turned 8, I decided I wanted to be a cartoonist/animator.  Kids and their silly dreams, right?

I have always loved the history of werewolves and middle-ages.  But I studied make-up artistry, too management and also has a job of porcelain dolls. At the moment I'm not so certain, when I was kid I wanted to become a lot of stuff, an astronaut, the president, a prime minister and a doctor, also wanted to become a truck driver and work on a excavator. But for the longest I wanted to become a doctor, I was very certain at the time. My goal was to cure allergies and asthma, at the time I was very passionate about it and had a lot ambition. Studied at home, all day all night and also at school. Know the human body inside out, all organs and just basically everything. I always scored 100% on all exams related to science and at the time I was so interested in it. Who knows, maybe if I wouldn't have lost the interest I could have been the guy that would have found a cure for something, teachers were always amazed. Thought I was special since I had so much interest in it. The main reasons I stopped wanting to become a doctor, is that I stopped caring about my allergies and asthma.

 

I'm also just not interested in humans and nature anymore, not to mention school sort of ruined it by making it suddenly so boring. I lost interest, that's the main problem.

 

So I wanted to become an allergist, I wish I didn't loose the interest. It was something I had aimed for almost all of my life, but school always manages to ruin everything. Doesn't matter, I have no interest in it anymore.

at the age of five my kindergarden class had the whole 'when i grow up' thing going on so i took it to heart and i told my mother and then everyone else.. 'when i grow up i want to make cartoons, and work for disney' nearly 20 years later and im realising that dream, never once stearing from that path, drawing nonstop my entire life and hungering to try every arts and craft i could think of i am a well rounded animator with amazing adaptation. I wanted to make 90's disney traditional animation...

 

and so because disney no longer produces animation like that im trying to make a studio with some amazing friends who share the same heart i do, we want to tell stories like disney used to, ones that captivated us and stuck with you...

The question is when you were little, what was your dream? What did you want to be when you grew up?

For me I wanted to do ballet until I learned that I am not a dancer xD That and I wanted to be a Pokemon trainer but for now I'm limited to just the games.

There are a few jobs I was always interested in...
The first one I wanted started from when I was like 5, an I wanted to be in the Army...which I know am lol

Other loves of mine include Game Designing, Coding,Concept art and being a Fireman..so I've had a few interests :3

I wanted to be a race driver.

Easy as that, as long as I can remember, and it`s still my dream :3.

Going fast means the world to me, I love to run, to ride my bike, drive fast with my car.

Speed is a drug, and like a rush for me, it scares me kind of, but it makes me unbelievably happy at the same time.

First  I wanted to be a Paleontologist when I was around six.

Then I wanted to be a volcanologist when I turned about eight.
Then when I was around ten I wanted to be actor.

I remember when I was younger, I really wanted to become a chef. I went to this little kids cooking school as my extracurricular activity for a while, and I remember watching Pixar's Ratatouille over and over again. At the time I figured it would be a satisfying career for both my creativity and appetite, but then I eventually realized that I'd have to cook for myself and others as I got older, and making it my career would get pretty tiring, just like how janitors probably have the messiest houses since they're sick of cleaning all day.

 

As of right now I have no idea what I wish to be, but I know it'll be something I will enjoy doing for a good portion of my life.

I'm thinking something along the lines of a traveling musician, and if that doesn't make enough money, I could dabble in some business stocks. You never know where life will take you.

I remember I was dead set on becoming a "inventor" when i was really young. I had this idea of building a flying car and build a giant house... right next to my parents house xD

 

After that, I had period where I wanted to be a stand-up comedian... I have no idea why I wanted to be that.

 

And now... I have no freaking clue what to be I've been thinking that maybe being a history teacher would be nice but I'm not sure...
