How fast can you run?

I once lost an 80 meter dash to a guy with one leg longer than the other. I'm really, really slow when it comes to running.

In my prime, I could run a 40-yard dash in just under 5 seconds. Nowadays, I do not believe I can do that since I haven't really been doing much physical activity in recent years. Despite that, I think I have some speed.

My fastest mile time is 8:50. Not super fast or record-breaking or anything.

Not much. I've always been mega slow. I have poor stamina and running speeds. So.. I'm not out running any zombies anytime soon.

Eeeeeeehhhh, decent speed? Probably the only decent running 'credential' I have is I came in second place in a running contest at this little mini Olympic Games kinda thing we did at elementary school. Over all though, I am probably not very slow, but also not very fast. Middle of the road.

Very, I may be lacking in strength, but make up in stamina and agility. Ever since I outgrew my asthma I've yet to meet someone who can outrun me. I wish I outgrew my asthma sooner, I'd of been great on a track team.

I used to be fairly swift on my feet until I had back surgery. Now I don't run because the impact doesn't feel right and I don't want to damage anything.

I used to be able to out sprint anyone i knew. I was FAST. Crazy fast. That was just how i was until i fell in 2012 and rolled my ankle. It never healed properly and now I can't catch a cold, never mind my friends.

My walking speed is still very quick though. Fancy that.

Depends on whats chasing me. Otherwise, the only way im running is if im out walking and Metallica drops an intense solo. Though, i was able to do an 8 minute and 29 second mile before i got lazier...

My best times actually come from when I'm chasing a bus. When doing that, I'm faster than most bikers that are going by, so my guess would be around 25 km/h. It could be faster, but I've actually never measured it, because I'm in complete stress, haha.
