Personally, if I can find gen 1 DVDs and all the gens for that matter, I would certainly watch them all, to me gen 1-4 are all part of the series and I would enjoy seeing for myself, how the series evolved

Well, I am fairly new to my little pony, but I do like to role play, however, I do like to role play with thought, especially taking something like an Alicorn and givivg it aspects to seem less powerfull, or more withen the realm of any othe creature with problems. Thus my Alicorn is a simple farmers daughter, who lives and works on her parents farm, though it is a large farm and employs four farmhands as well to take up the slack, her hide is the color of old parchment and her magic is simply to right poetry, also she can fly though she never had training to fly and is afraid to fly for that reason, her time is taken up by working on the farm and in her spare time she writes her poetry. Nothing dark, not over powered, and sort of in denial that she is an alicorn. Thus when told she has wings and could fly, she might respond: "What? These? They are just feathers, I have no idea why I have them... Wanna read some of my poetry?" (Like I said, she is a simple farmers daughter who knows poetry and farming, she may have a destiny but that is not something she gives much thought to. Thus everything is in place for her to grow into whatever role my rp with her defines). High, I'm High Step, I work on my parents farm.)

Mature? Is it not the point point the MLP:FiM series is not mature? Is it not the point that this series allows us to escape? Is it not the point that this series gives us a kinder more gentle view through a window that shows us something we need and can learn from? No! We dot need a mature version of the series. Perhaps we have forgotten what maturity actually is, in many ways this series already REPRESENTS maturity.

My OC has the talent of prose and poem, so instead of prose and poem her attempts would simply be tragedies, instead of happy and lightness in poem, dark and sadness in tragedies. If she had gained her cutie mark by that point, the scroll and quill would be transformed to a smiling mask and a frowning mask, her hide which is the color of parchment would turn dark gray.

Hate and bullying are products of ignorance. Once when I was an armed guard at Bank of America, a man and his brother came in to do thier banking, one was normal the other had cerebral palsy, the normal brother out of his love was helping the brother with Cerebral Palsy, who can witness such an act and be unmoved? If we all gave of ourselves to help rather then hinder, this world could be wonderful indeed.

Just another way of living. To be honest from my standpoint life is life, weather I would be a Dragon, or a pony, or whatever, so long as I cam get around and talk, I am fine and happy. I admit each race would have it's pros and cons, but somehow I think a Pony could conversly wonder what it would be like to be human.

I suppus I fall into the Pegasisters, Though I try to keep it chill, just never seems to go that way, every morning I play "catch up" with the series (all seasons) spend time studying the charactors to understand thier personalities, watch fan fic, read fan fic, etc. Maybe one day I can find my way back to "chill" but for now I am a lost cause.

Personally, I would not mind making a few friends in this fandom, quality friends who would not judge me. I made one such very close friend before even I was a bronie. Friendship is Magic, but friendship is also give and take and willingness to give without recieving, as well as understanding, caring, sharing, forgiving and acceptance. Yes, I have made close friends who are not bronies too. But it is that one special friend that led me to become a Bronie too. With all that said, I now extend my hoove in friendship.

Since I do no wear any wearable mrchandise, nor carry myself in such away as to present myself as a pony, and I never say "I am a Bronie". It would be very difficult for someone to tell if I am, in fact, a Bronie. But if someone does ask me why I am purchasing pony merchandise, I would certainly answer "I like plushies". Though, standing in the toy eisle explaining to my partner about "Cutie marks" and naming the plushies while a couple and thier young daughter were looking at the ponies as well might have been a clue to the couple.

Personally, I have never lived for the opinions of others about me, but rather, my own opinion about me, like me or not, it is no skin off this muzzle. However show me friendship and I will give back friendship in spades. Spot the Bronies? How about "Spot the Bronie spotters?". Addendum: I do not wear, carry or display anything that is pony related in public.

I do not know, but my feeling is as long as one fan carries the torch for one charactor, the Charactors of all the seasons will live on, my favorite pair will remain, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. It is thier story that pulled me to the fandom, I Already have a Celestia plush, hopefully I will find Luna this weekend when Toys 'r' us gets thier next shipment in, I may also get Nightmare moon as a representatin to thier story. Oh and I am 59 years of age, just to point out the age span of the fandom.

You might be a Bronie if you refuse your mates offer to buy you Twilight Sparkle, when you are searching for Princess Luna and refusing saying "But she is not Princess Luna, we will come back when the have Luna in stock. After all, Celest Loves Luna, not Twilight and I cannot get Twilight to replace Luna in Celests eyes.

Does RP'ng as an earth pony or an Unicorn, or a Pegasi, or an Alicorn, really have allot of effect on a role players ability to role play? So long as the cop-out "It's magic?" Is not used? Role playing in general is an art form, many forget this fact or just get lazy.

Having watched the movie... I would have to say, though I liked the movie, we already have many "human" cartoons, I persomally prefure the Anthro, there is something magical about Alicorns and Unicorns to me, though I would not even deign to use the term "sexy" in referance to them, perhaps "Darling" is a better choice.

Thank you for bringing this subject up, now I believe I have a safe place to explain more about myself, in the current universe I am in, I am a human with a Dragon soul, in my next life, I believe I will be a true Dragon in full form, and that possibly, I am the Draconic version of Princess Celestial, no, I do not follow delusions of granduer, but the reason for my thinking such is that I have always cared deeply for others and am steadfast in trying to help and share, I would be the Dragon of light and life. Call me crazy if you wish, but I really do not think this is the case.

Personally, for reasons I cannot explain, the situation would be highly awkward. I am an (big word warning) existenialist and a spiritualist, as well as a poet. If I tried to even explain a part of my beliefs, you would all probably think me looney.
