I watched it close to Christmas and it was fun.

I enjoyed it. Kinda wish we’d seen how she got turned back though.

It was cute. Definitely Great Pumpkin inspired. Poor Big Mac though lol

I agree too about it kinda feeling like Twilight was being pushed a bit to take the throne. Although sometimes I just wish her castle had been the Ponyville one rather than the Canterlot one.

Pretty good. Silverstream got annoying after a while and Starlight should get her a thesaurus. Maude was fun with Mudbriar turning to stone.

I know it’s not an original plot but I still liked it. Loved that the Stare still worked in rabbit form too.

It had good parts and stuff I wish was different. I’d have liked it to actually be Grogar and have mixed feelings on the twist. I did like all the races gathering at the end and fighting together. The Tempest cameo was nice but dang they sure don’t want her curie mark shown. Twilight being pulled out of depression by her friends was nice too. Also Sugar Belle sticking with her new family was sweet.

I have to agree with Tom. They shoulda tried to find a way for her to practice without disturbing anypony so both sides were happy.

I enjoyed it quite a bit even though it was simplistic like some said. Made me a bit sad too since that sort of town change has happened in real life, minus the fantasy part of course. Some older folks wish they could go back.

Actually there are five. I’d probably say Flurry Heart just because we never got to see her actual personality. Just her baby self.

I wondered about that a lot as well. Also glad I wasn’t the only one thinking sociopath or psychopath tendencies.

Well, alternate Rainbow Dash did lose one wing… I just wish Scootaloo had got some kind of adaptive device too. anyway yeah they’d still be one.

Not at all. I got to like her. Although thinking she’d be friends with my OC might bias me a bit.

I liked that it actually did become canon.

Agree on the Kirin and bat ponies. I don’t think the Kirin even joined the final fight and it woulda been cool to see controlled niriks fighting the trio.

The publishing the friendship journal one-I hate when executive meddling forces changes like in this case. Let’s have the original instead. Toola Roola and Coconut Cream were the only good part. 28 Pranks Later-I didn’t like the Aesop amnesia with RD Newbie Dash-I hate how they resolved the bullying problem Parental Glideance-RD’s parents are overbearing and she’s the one apologizing? Eesh. Last Problem-just because I’m less sure about my feelings on the whole Twilight ruling thing and wish she’d ruled in her castle and not Canterlot. I can still have PinkieCheese headcanon even without the confirmation. Daring Doubt-too many dang retcons to really like it. Honestly I wish season 9 could get a rewrite. I’m not a huge fan of Cozy Glow being just a filly. And the real Grogar woulda been better and spared us Twilight freaking out yet again. I also wasn’t happy with the Elements of Harmony being destroyed since it was Lauren’s creation. Plus a few disliked eps. (Also looking at 246 Great) Not a big fan of Secret of my Excess either. I also see why “Hard to Say Anything” is kinda bad now.

I’ve wondered more about the contradictions between it and Journal of the Two Sisters…wasn’t the tree story changed too? I guess that’s why the books are technically soft canon

My mom loved one of the movies and watched it a lot. This ought to be interesting for me to read. Also here’s a bit of trivia: Little Women had what was probably the first ship war ever. I believe it was originally a serial before the whole book was published and as people read the parts in the magazine, people got ticked that Jo married the professor instead of Laurie. Alcott got angry fan mail. I can imagine what it would’ve been like if the internet existed lol. Alcott actually wanted to leave Jo single but that wasn’t easy to do in the 1800s.
