Some spiders are bad because they can kill you, but most spiders are chill because they kill bugs for you. Did you know Daddy Long Leg spiders are known to invade other spider webs and kill the host spider (even Black Widdows).

I am scared of spiders, or any kind of bug, i don't know why. Ever since i was small, something about them just give me chills.

I don't have strong feelings about them 1 way or the other.  The bug I dislike is cockroaches. 

 

I remember reading Mark Twain's book Roughing It (mostly about his life in Nevada).  He was staying in a boarding house & some of the railroad workers had a bunch of them in a bottle.  There was a storm 1 night & they got out.  In his words "You could not have hired us to go back to bed".  He also commented on how silly every one looked in the morning, perched on to of dressers, etc. in their night clothes.

I have nothing against spiders. I dont even find them scary. ( okay, unless their are Sun Spiders, they look weird  )

 

But if they come to close to me, like behind my computer or something, i usually do everything that is needed to get rid of them.

 

But if they are in a corner in my room, where i dont go to, i dont care.

no not that big I mean (including the legs) they are probably the size of the bottom of a cup and some that are a bit bigger than the cup, and no they aren't dadie long legs ether

I do get shocked if I see a large one.

Once there was a "kamikaze spider", running towards my legs at full speed, while I was sitting on the toilet. I never forget that! Thankfully, he (the spider) realized I was there, and got as scared as me, and run back where he (still the spider) came from.

I find spiders fascinating. However, I do have a phobia of them. At least of the large house spiders we get over here. They're harmless, but there is something about their appearance that makes me irrationally afraid of them. Despite that though, I always capture them and put them outside where they can survive. It's the catching them in the glass that is the most nerve wracking part. I'm not so bad once I have them contained.

I've slowly been working towards curing my phobia of them. I've gotten a lot better than how I used to be. But it's been one of those things that have required baby steps. I can at least hold the large daddy long leg spiders now without panic.

Spiders are pretty cool. Cant say I’m afraid of them.  Some can be cute.  Like those jumping spiders and such. 
 

I spotted this dude on my leg at work once.  I thought it was adorable

@AppleButt Now that is something strange. Those jumping spiders don't set off my phobia at all. I think with my phobia, it comes down to how they move rather than look.

I'm terrified of them. If they come near me, either I run away or they die. I prefer not killing them because that involves getting close to them, but if they're in my house or I'm somewhere else I can't get away, I kill them.

I suppose I don't really think much about spiders we have mutual understanding I stay away from them they stay away from me. Not respecting this agreement may or may not result in a.) Fire hazard b.) Spiders learning their true place in the foodchain.

So obviously it is imperative that we keep this agreement of staying away from spiders.
