I do get paranoid often and it can get quite out of hand. Recently, though, I've been controlling my paranoia by either regularly listening to music or meditation.

I get paranoid about people talking about me behind my back (do you say it like that in English?).

i get paranoid if something goes wrong like for example if i was playing a online match and it was lagging i feel like someone was trying to ddos me or trying to get into my profile or something else much worse that kind of stuff,  but i keep trying to remember myself its normal sometimes that happens.

I actually suffer from paranoia. @Lucky Boltis helping me get over it though whether she realizes it or not by putting me in situations I would never have dreamed of being in before.
