Things to do if you're an MLP villain

Inspired by the Evil Overlord list, name some things you should if you ever wish to become an MLP villain. I'll start with the first rule: NEVER underestimate the power of friendship, failing to do so will leave your evil plan dead on the water before it even starts.

I dunno, I don't think I could be evil, just a douche. The worst I could think to be capable of doing to those horses is kidnap a baby, demand a ransom, only to return it anyway unnoticed with bruises and blood.... only those are just make-up and fake blood. Why I would do that? FOR THE LULZ . 

I think I'd just make some casual vandalism and pranks in the middle of the night or something. Although, I think I'll make an exception to truly evil ponies around (murderers, drug dealers, domestic abusers......). I won't hold any punches  with those  :okiedokielokie:

5. Take over weakened equestrian government by force.Or under the guise of "making Equestria better than the failing group that did your dirty work (though you wouldn't admit that last part)

 

6. Make examples of those who would oppose your new power and position.

 

7. Destroy artifacts that could be used against you in the future.

Hmmmm... well, the question would TRULY be if I wanted to be a FUN villain, or an EFFECTIVE villain.  Let's review these separately, shall we kiddos?

 

FUN Villain

 

1) Everyone loves fireworks, right?  Yeah, gimme a few boxes of bottle rockets and a few packs of Black Cats (maybe a few M-80s); I promise you, nopony in Equestria will EVER want to see fireworks again.

 

2) Witty banter is always held in the highest of regards; bone up on my vocabulary SPECIFICALLY for this purpose.

 

3) Ever hear of a Potato Cannon?  Yeah, imagine me with one - except it's loaded with APPLES; so damn many of 'em anyway...

 

4) Make friends with AT LEAST ONE SIDE CHARACTER THAT EVERYBODY LOVES:  i.e. Who would have the guts to kill Derpy's "Bestest Buddy EVER!"?

 

5) Carry two of the scariest things in all of Equestria:  A pair of gelding shears and a bottle of 'natural ingredient' glue.

 

 

Now...

 

EFFECTIVE Villain

 

1)  Introduce biological warfare by unleashing a virus that specifically makes horses STERILE... PERMANENTLY.

 

2)  Create and unleash a HIGHLY controlled and monitored version of the Internet, the biggest addiction humanity has ever known.  

 

3)  Bring as many types of apple-eating insects as I can into Sweet Apple Acres (and ALL other farms across Equestria).

 

4)  Pour TONS of crude oil into every riverhead I can get to, to make its way downstream.

 

5)  Three things to bring to the Everfree:  Gasoline, matches... and marshmallows.  *wicked grin*

 

6)  Hunt, collect, and spend as many gems as I can find in an attempt to de-value their monetary system.

 

7)  Anyone that figures out it was me who did all this stuff, no matter how insignificant they may seem to be, will be outright killed on the spot.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

8)  Sabotage Griffon homes and properties with Yak weapons... then vice versa.

 

9)  Gloat AFTER I am victorious.

Rule #4: And even ^then^, check for any potential Spanners In The Works so as to not be chumped from behind during said gloating.

 

Rule #5: If you manage to knock the good guys unconscious, then be sure to freeze them (preferably with multiple layers of ice) before they can wake up.

 

Rule #6: The tropes Even Evil Has Standards and Pragmatic Villainy are essential if you want to last long, have the good guys hate you less, and/or even get them to sympathize with you some.
