What kind of notification do you like the best?

Profile comments are nice, they're usually warm little pick me ups that are very much appreciated! Way better than brohooves I feel.

 

A quote on the other hand... Well, lets just say the debate pit has kind of gave me an instinctual "ahh crap" reaction to them. I've learned to stay away from there now and topics which may be banished there, but still...

In most cases, I love recieving quotes. Not only did someone acknowledge that I posted something, but they also commented on it. The reason I don't like PMs quite as much is because I feel like it's going to be something from a mod saying that I posted something that I shouldn't when I first see it.

Quotes- it's either if they love what I posted or either if I said something wrong but anyways it shows that a lot of care go into what I posted and it takes considerable time for the quoter to discuss the certain post with me.

Heh, nah I'm just kiddin... Personally I like to see replies overall. Brohoofs are nice to see every once, and a while, but replies give me a better idea on how they agree, or disagree... though if the topic is controversial then I tend to ignore replies, fearing its just hate. When the topic is like that then I prefer seeing brohoofs...

 

And because I have nothing better to do here is the ones I like the least

 

PMs, and status updates I like the least... PMs because I always fear i'm in trouble when I see that pop up... especially when it starts with a topic like "Hello", or "Hey Snowflake Frostflame". Those are usual greetings staff give when making PMs. Now status updates I use to not mind them... then I friend someone who made a million status updates every day. I kid you not I was gone for a week, and came back with over 100 notifications, and majority of it was status updates. I have status update notifications off still to this day.

And quotes too because roleplays but also in other threads since it's nice to be aknowledged and to get a comment on something I said which is often really nice

Private message. I know, not a lot of people use PM's, but when I get a PM... it shows that someone took time out of their day to say something to me. Me. Not to anyone else, not even viewable to anyone else, just for me.

I dunno, I just really like getting PM's.
