Probably about six hours. Went to bed at 11:30 woke up at 5:30. Usually enough sleep for me. Actually I usually get less than that I was just really tired because I had had a race earlier in the day

Recently though, I've been getting little sleep, due to me being sick - something like 4 hours, and my sleeping pattern inverted, essentially making me nocturnal, but it's all fixed up now.

How long I sleep eh. On school nights I would sleep for about 7 hours. (sometimes 2-4) On the weekend about 8 hours. (so 3am to 12pm) Only two times had I stayed up the whole day.
