Pinkie Pie. Ever since giggle at the ghostie, she has been my favorite by a very large margin. I don't foresee any pony dethroning her.  As I watched all the episodes, the show really amazed me by always coming up with another reason to love Pinkie Pie even more than before.

Rainbow Dash. For the longest time I was known as Rainbow Dash the Third, and was a massive Dashie addict... but that all changed when the Twilicorn attacked.

Fluttershy, of course. Who couldn't relate to her? But now Pinkie Pie is my favorite(ironic as i hated her hyperness), but now i understand her better as i looked at myself and noticed how much we are alike(except for me being mellow).

Twilight was best pone in my opinion from when I first watched the show in early 2012, and she still is now. I've always liked Rarity too.

 

Other characters have shifited in my opinion though, for example I didn't used to like Rainbow Dash but now she's high tier.
