    Celestia/Discord (Fluttercord just gives me the feeling of the old uncle and the seventeen year old girl) Luna/Twilight (I know this contradicts what i just said but come on, she wasn't much conscious for a little over 1000 of those years) Spike/Smolder (It's the final boot on the overstayed ship that is Rarispike Trixie/Starlight (Yeah, go ahead and mug me all of you Starburst fans) Gilda/Pinkie (don't judge me, i love the bad girl/up beat girl dynamic)

    true, those are some big players to be knocking off so quickly maybe just one or two every here and there with a big burst of them out of nowhere than just throw some c and d list characters onto the chopping block to fill time

    i kind of like the idea, we have a few characters that could work as effective replacements without forcing the mane six out entirely Starlight (The obvious Twilight replacement) Trixie (a good Rainbowdash replacement) Spike (not really a replacement but he's needed some more focus for longer than any other character) Discord (I love his and Trixie's interactions) do you guys have any other ideas for another two members? I'd say Luna but i think she might be busy

    I love the manestyles on them, very original. I especially love the second one, it reminds me of tron for some reason.

    i do think that it was a little late to introduce 6 newbies, maybe they could have waited and used them for a secondary series. That way they could provide them and other younger characters with more screen time, like the CMC, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, Pip, so on and so forth (anybody else want Pip to become Luna's student?)
