I am from the Rheinland (Rhineland in english) and people from here are also called Rheinländer. Because of the reason that I live at the edge of the Westerwald (a mountain range in the Rhineland), Westerwälder would also fits.

They call themselves 'Okies' or something. I do not consider myself one. I don't care that I was born here, I refuse to identify myself with such a deplorable state.

Well, people from my city are named "Amadorense(s)" in my language, which I assume it would translate to something like "Amadoran(s)".

Outside from out-of-state people complaining about "Commiefornia" and "San Francisco values", nothing in particular actually. We just say that the person is from the Bay Area, and if we have to be more specific we say North Bay (for anyone in Marin, Solano, Napa, or Sonoma Counties), East Bay (Contra Costa and Alameda Counties), South Bay (Santa Clara County/San Jose), and Peninsula (San Mateo County and San Francisco). When people refer to the Silicon Valley, it's specifically about the South Bay and Peninsula, where the majority of tech companies are located. And when people refer to Wine Country, it's specifically about Napa and Sonoma Counties in the North Bay, which both counties are renowned for their world-class vineyards and wineries.

Wankers. But that applies to the entire country.

Apparently from googling this, we're also called crow eaters. But I never had anyone call me that lol
