How often do you drink pop / soda?

I used to drink soft drinks everyday, but recently my body systems have been acting a little funny so I have been limiting myself on soft drinks. Now I will have just one can every 3-4 days.

I don't drink soda at all. You couldn't pay me to drink it. I used to have a cup almost everyday a year ago, but I stopped cold turkey when I learned just how unhealthy soft drinks are. I became even more resolute about not drinking it, after I learned that many soda companies put human fetal protein in their drinks. Yes, you read correctly -- and Pepsi is one of them.

Usually the equivalent of several cans a day. I've loved pop since I was a kid, and I work at a restaurant so it's hard to resist free pop! 

 

I like Crush Grape, Coke, Sprite, Mello Yello, Mr. Pibb, and many kinds of root beer.

I don't drink that much soda, I usually grab a glass of water when I'm thirsty 

I do tend to drink a lot of Cola when I'm doing my homework late at night

Last year I fell ill just because of drinking soft drinks. Now I don’t take any soft drink. I only take healthy Green drink that is packed with all natural nutrients. You know my doctor suggested drinking it and it really helped me in recovering from the weakness.

It usually depends on what soda we have. If there's rootbeer or dr.pepper in the fridge I'll drink a few during the week with lunch and/or dinner. If it's just pepsi or coke then nah. I probably won't drink any. Just depends on the type of soda and the time of day. But normally I don't drink more than one a day if it's rootbeer, otherwise I'll only have one a week or less.
