Cartoon wise? Pokemon. All the seasons are great, Diamond & Pearl and X&Y are my favorite series by far though.

 

With actual people? THE FOSTERS OMG JUST YAS. Oh and Red Band Society was actually really great...Z Nation is way better than The Walking Dead...so many good shows

Although I don't watch them anymore, I also like The Simpsons (used to be my favorite TV show before MLP:FiM), Adventure Time, South Park, Regular Show and Game of Thrones.

 

And I still have to try Steven Universe and My Life as a Teenage Robot.

MLP is the most lighthearted show I like. I usually like shows like Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, House of Cards, etc. I do like a few anime series like Eureka 7, Durarara, and Another.
