At first I had the default avatar (back then a human avatar instead of the pony one we have now) for a few weeks. But my first custom avatar (not counting a failed one I got rid of after just a few minutes) was this one:

I think I used it for a month before replacing it with another Pinkie avatar – Pinkie was my favorite pony back then.
