Fluttershy is my favorite pony but at the same time she's not the pony I'd be most interested in having a romantic relationship with. That would unquestionably be Twilight as I admire her and share her values. But, given that she's the one who kissed me (and that in this scenario I am, as you say, a pony), I'd jump at the opportunity to begin a romantic relationship with her. Well, I'd faint out of confusion and excitement first, of course.

I'd react the same way I do when someone invades my personal space and hugs me for no apparent reason. My body would freeze up and my face would go completely red. My breathing would become rapid, my body would begin to shiver, and I'd start to sweat profusely. Then, I would hightail it out of there and try to get as far away from my favorite pony as possible so I can find a nice secluded spot where I'm isolated from everypony else that way I can recover from my breakdown.
