I'd probably kiss back, or rather I would try to. I've never kissed anything before. If Twilight wants to try a relationship I'd go for it. It probably wouldn't work out. Maybe that's just my bad self esteem talking.

 

 What species we both are wouldn't bother me. She talks, feels emotions, lives in a house, and is pretty much a human. A very pretty purple pony-like human, that's not really human at all. It's the sentiment that counts.
