Bright Colors or Dark Colors?

If we're talking dark vs. bright I'll pick dark. But pastel is where it's at, which is light but not bright.

Bright Colors! I love how happy they make me. Just the positive energy I get from looking at them helps to get me all fuzzy.

 

Though dark colors are nice too. I prefer bright colors over them though.

25 of my t-shirts are black/dark. I only have 5 bright shirts, and 3 of those are light gray because they're Derpy shirts. My jackets and hoodies are a pretty even balance though

I prefer light colours, it just suits the world a little better. Plus I'm a little scared of the dark, but meeeh. Plus, MLP, and Portal (In really bright places) have great light colours.

I like both. Dark colours are great for images if you're wanting to go for a realistic approach, and it works really well in grungy, post-apocalyptic things. But bright colours also give a sense of escapism and joy, which is great for those who just want to relax for once and watch something uplifting.

I like this answer. One truly relies on the other to show itself to best advantage. 

Overall, I like bright colors best because they're pretty and uplifting. But you can't have that all the time. You need something to give it contrast, so definitely mix in some of those darker tones.

Dark because I find bright colors, mostly neon ones, hurt my eyes more. It really depends how bright the colors are, but if given the choice between neon and black, I'm picking black every time.

Depends on the color. I prefer bright reds and pinks, but I prefer dark blues and greens.
