How Much Soda Do You Usually Drink Each Day?

I've changed my soda consumption various times over the past years, so it depends. Back in college, I drank at least 3 sodas a day. Lately, I've drinking around 2 sodas each day. So how many sodas do you drink on a regular basis?

I can go a day without drinking soda at all, but I often drink one or two glasses a day, usually for lunch and/or dinner. Ever since I started living with my boyfriend, I've been drinking it a bit more often though, about 3-4 glasses a day, sometimes a can and a half.

Usually none. I pretty much only drink tea. I will drink soda at a party or wherever, just that I prefer a warm drink. I love Baikal though and usually keep one bottle around if I wake up thirsty (as making tea takes time) or just want to drink it. However, when I do drink that bottle, I have to go buy a new one, while I can usually make a lot of tea without having to go to a shop.
If it's hot in the room etc then I may drink a lot of ice tea.

I can't stand drinking anything that's carbonated, it has this unpleasant feeling on my tongue so I avoid drinking alcohol, kombucha, soda etc, at all.  I like drinking water, sometimes tea, soy milk or strawberry soy milk(make it myself thanks to a good tik tok showing how to make strawberry milk)

I don't drink it anymore, since what I wanted from it was the carbonation, which I have gotten from switching to sparkling water. However, I will say mid-2016 and before I was drinking really unhealthy amounts of pop every day. I don't even want to mention how much. It was really bad. :blush:

I don't drink soda anymore. And I must say I feel a lot better.

Most recently I've been drinking some every 2 to 3 days? I like the henry's hard orange soda, (has a tiny amount of alcohol in it) so I'll drink one if the day feels long, and then my girlfriend will get a bottle of coke a few times a week from the vending machine at work and typically drinks half of it then sets it down at home and promptly forgets about it so I steal it. Otherwise we'll hit McDonald's or some place once a week and I'll get some.

I've had periods where I've drank it more regularly. At one point I was collecting every sprite container variant I could. I think I had all of them except for the 3 liter bottle which I've never seen in person, and I always thought coke was ok, but then I was doing yardwork at a friend's place during the peak of summer, and he gave me a chilled pint with ice, and that's when I realized that's how it should be served. Not when you're generally thirsty, or plain having fun, but when you've been active and need something to take the edge off. I also enjoy stocking up for the winter for those days I can jsut admire the snow and chomp down on junk food, so I bought like a 36 case of glass coke bottles and left them in the garage to stay cold, and as a young teen because suddenly I had the ability and independence to have soda whenever I wanted.

Only drink it on special occasions now. I used to be addicted to soda, but ever since I dropped it, I've felt soooo much better

Because it's so accessible at work, I've been drinking a lot... coke, apple juice, tea, oof, the former being pretty sugary. I need to restrain...

None usually. I've had to cut out soda from my diet to improve my health. I might drink it on the rare occasion, but that's about it. I stick to water or juices nowadays.


At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

This right here! I used to be addicted to Mt Dew, but it's SOOOO not good for you. I have a 12 ounce can maybe once a month now.

I can eat pizza, I can eat cakes, I can eat burgers, I can eat cheese sticks, I can eat hot dogs, I can eat any motherfucking junk food a good amount of times a week. As long as I keep working out at least twice a week, I’ll keep my weight at worst. But as soon as I get sauces, and/or soda, it’s when I put some extra pounds :fluttershy:

I drink at least 4 or 5 cans a day and have done so for many years. (75% of my blood is carbonated fizzy stuff). I’ve been trying to put some variety into it by having Gatorade, cranberry cocktail or green tea instead, but diet cola is my main thing.

Only once or twice a week if at all, namely when I hang out with friends doing D&D. Beyond that I usually skip soda entirely, even when I eat fastfood. If I need to satisfy a sweet tooth sometimes I go for cookies I buy from the Pepperidge Farm brand, ice cream and definitely fruit. But rarely do I go for soda these days. Hell I don't even eat sugar flavored cereal anymore.

None. I cut out Soda when I wanted to lose weight. I drink herbal teas, carbonated water, and BCAA or Vitamen C mixes
