    there's no way to be sure, remember, being a brony does not necessarily mean being active in the community. many bronies watch the vidos through youtube and dont come to fan sites so there is no way to accurately track all of the people who like the show. But if i had to guess probably somewhere in the mid thousands.

    I believe my IQ is in the 160 range, although the test was administered a few years ago so the results are not entirely reliable now, but i would assume it is between 155 and 165 now

    Ha, i found 30 seconds to mars through the Bronyvids pmv of This is War too, small world. I also found the band Skillet through a PMV, and the song from the video became my new favorite.

    I think there are multiple written languages in equestria which ponies have to learn, maybe each species has their own written language that carried over from the times before the founding of equestria. And i agree with Blackcat, it seems that the hrogliphic language is more formal while the more anglicized version is informal. As for spoken language, there is no way to tell for sure but i feel like they speak some recognizable variant/dialect of English. Zecora speaks in a tong that seems to be based off of Swahili so we can assume that the ponies speak some sort of English.

    I had 2 one that made me a fan (being able to watch the show and not be lost), and then one that made me a brony (active in the fandom, watching all the episodes, writing fanfics, etc.). The one that made me a fan was the S2 finale and the one that made me a brony was winter wrap up (which i watched on youtube long after it aired)

    Not at all, in fact i think the writers love her. Rarity has to be one of the most dynamic and memorable characters in the show. The writers often use her as an avatar to express themselves more directly within the show. Here is a youtube video which makes some interesting points about her:

    Its a showdown between Babs Seed and Winter Wrap Up. Whenever i succeed in getting one of them out of my head the other gets firmly planted in my brain.

    I know the feeling. From time to time i struggle with anxiety and depression issues and i feel like the world is coming to an end. Before i got into MLP these rough patches were some of the worst times of my life and i can remember feeling almost dead inside. But now whenever i feel like the world has stopped turning i watch an episode or two of MLP and i feel much better.

    Quite frankly i think both parties are at fault for being obnoxious. While i feel like the uninformed and often times stupid haters instigate it, i also believe bronies harsh and often uncalled for backlash is also a factor. Anyway, most of the hate videos i have seen are a bunch of 10-12 year olds trying to call us "gay", or just fox news being stupid and ignorant (although that does not surprise me).

    I dont view twilight as a full fledged princess yet, sort of like a princess in training. In twilights flashbacks cadence did not appear much older than twilight is now and cadence didn't appear to have many royal duties. I think the title of princess is given to all alicorns but they can only hold power after training for their roll.

    interesting idea, looks like a lot of thought went into the post. The only thing i dont agree with in the post is the origin story. Ponies dont originate in Equestria, which they explained in hearths warming eve. Other than that i think you make some interesting points and fill in some basic plot holes.

    i generally dont pay attention to shipping, the only ones i like are Lyra x Bon Bon and Doctor x Derpy. I am actually a little surprised that these aren't higher on the list.

    I realize that this is a joke but can you put something in the post at the end that says its just that. I'm afraid someone is going to take you seriously and actually attempt to get the character designs changed.

    it might be Octavia because Rarity's voice actor also does Derpy (or at least the real uncensored Derpy). So unless they introduce a new character, tavi might talk in season 4

    i generally use the term brony to describe anyone who is a few years outside of the target demographic so 14/15+ is when i start thinking of people as bronies/pegasisters

    My OC (self as a pony, original character) is also my avatar. but of you cant tell i would be a brown Pegasus stallion with a black mane/tail, and have maroon/dark red eyes. It just looks like me in real life and i like the design. My cutie mark would be something related to writing or maybe engineering, which are my two passions.

    Its just that pegasus ponies and unicorns have special abilities and earth ponies are just too normal. If you were given the choice would you want to fly/cast spells or keep the same abilities as before (meaning nothing special)

    While there are times i feel like playing winter wrap up, the gipsy bard song, swing tavi swing, etc. over my speakers i still prefer non pony music. I just dont think most fan made songs can compete with professionally written and recorded music.

    I dont buy the whole multiverse theory. Scientists have not provided enough solid evidence as to the legitimacy of the theory. However, supposing the theory is correct, equestria would exist because there would be infinite alternate universes and every possibility would exist. But once again, i dont believe the multiverse theory.

    anti brony arguments are usually stupid and generally only say things like how bronies "gay" (which i dont take as an insult anyway, i have no problem with homosexuality). The people who troll us are so ignorant and thick that they dont deserve any of my time or energy. I know there's nothing wrong with being a brony and if some idiot ten year old wants to tell me otherwise I dont give a crap. Keep calm and brony on /)

    I think the reason Kings and Queens are evil is because of Hasbro, who wanted princess to rule because they are generally "good" and queens/kings are generally bad within media. But they way i explain it in my headcannon is that its because of pony culture. A princess fills a large or important leadership role and are relatively benevolent, while being a king/queen is like being a dictator in real life.

    Not really, i think of the extra books, comics, etc. as possible occurrences within the cannon but don't become fully cannon unless referenced within the show.

    its Derpy Hooves and Doctor whoves. whooves is wordplay on who and hooves is just derpy's last name. Most people dont see them as a couple btw

    i actually enjoyed just for sidekicks even though i found spike at your service and secrete of my excess forgettable. I just think spike is a little to one dimensional when compared to the mane 6 and so his episodes generally fall flat in my opinion.

    My worst has to be when i got a concussion two years ago. Hitting my head was not so bad but the consequences were. For about a week after that i had vision and movement problems on top of near constant nausea and headaches.
